We have a store literally 3 minutes from our house and we still drive to Oakbrook because this store has the best selections and the staff is always on point and very inviting!! “This afternoon after shopping at Pete's I stopped at this DD location. Drove to window after placing order. Presented a $20 and later offered .20 after seeing the total was $4.20. The gentleman just looked at me with no acknowledgement on his face so I thought he was listening to other drive thru orders. He wouldn't take the change so I figured since the register closed I'd confused him. As I attempted to talk to him, he would not look at me, turned his back on me, and walked away. As I kept saying Thank you, his co workers even tapped him letting him know I was talking to him. He continued to ignore me. Weird.“

“This place was wonderful! We had the pistachio and gold churro sundae with the cherry and vanilla swirl for the ice cream and it was so good! I can't wait to come back and try more flavors already! “I went through the drive-thru to get a ?RAINBOW CONE? for my birthday. It was my first time ever, and I was not disappointed!!!There are several flavors of ice cream available by the pint or quart. They pack it FRESH. I bought a quart of the Lemon Raspberry Swirl and a quart of the Big Muddy for later. YUMMY!!! They even included cones wrapped in paper that could be used for sharing.The corner location at the traffic signal on Roosevelt Road makes for easy entering/exiting. “Everything we have had from there - from gelato to pastries - have been delicious! Today, my husband brought home a large croissant with a cream/tiramasu type filling. The croissant was so fresh! It all melted in our mouths. Was supposed to be for dessert, but...?“

“Great place to get ice cream or floats, and hang with friends & family. Service is quick and staff is friendly. Been here plenty of times when I have late night ice cream cravings. They are usually packed in the summer, so be patient. Usually I rotate between a root beer (Sprecher on tap too) float, PB Oreo concrete, or a strawberry banana sundae. They used to have orange soda floats but they no longer carry orange soda. Bring it back!“

“Best customer service I’ve probably ever had. Decided to go on a lunch date with my 3 very young children. My 2 year old must have eaten too fast and got sick all over herself, me, and the table. One of the workers ran over to help and told me to not worry about a thing. She even helped clean up my 2 year old. The manager came over and was so incredibly sweet and extremely helpful as well. Even asked what my favorite, my kids favorite ice cream was and packed up a bunch of pints on the house! I’m not sure that I’ve experienced customer care even close to this - so unbelievably grateful for the amazing staff here.“

“My friend and I went here after the movies and decided to try their ice cream. The store itself is small but they have so much to offer from ice cream, candies, fudge, caramel apples, etc. It's location is perfectly located in downtown Elmhurst right next to the movie theatre. It was so hard to choose a flavor but I went with the All-American Two Berry Pie. Talk about YUM! The ice cream itself was so creamy and smooth. The texture was absolutely perfect. In the vanilla ice cream, there was a nice blend of strawberry, Blueberry, and sugared pie crust pieces. It was by far one of the best ice cream flavors I have ever had. The only downside is that they are quite pricy. It was $13 and some odd change for 2 single scoops in cake cones. I personally think that is pretty steep and the portion is just average. I cannot wait to come back to try more flavors as I am a ice cream lover!“

“Oh my Gosh if you have not been to the cute little candy shop in downtown Lombard you are missing a treat. They have all kinds of goodies besides candy. Caramel and cheese popcorn, jelly bellies and super premium ice cream which is to die for. So far since then I haven't seen much hostility toward the employees unless it's from impatient customers who struggle to comprehend that they're not the only people waiting.Anyways, I've received exceptional service lately. Mainly from a very kind tall man with a beard and slightly longer hair. I wish I would've asked for his name.There's also another taller man who has a little stubble and glasses, he always greets me and calls me sir, which is cool because I'm actually transgender and I get a confidence boost each time I see him. Thank you. :)The food has improved as well, and their speed is top notch. I will admit Friday night was very busy BUT the employees handled it very well and professionally.Thank you for your hard work, guys. Anyone who says "fast food isn't hard work" is SO wrong. “Had a taste for a ButterBurger from Culver's on Monday, November 20, 2023. Stopped by Culver's located at 2751 Rose St, Franklin Park, IL 60131. The staff greeted us as we entered the restaurant. Each of the staff members we encountered were very friendly, polite, and nice. We ordered the Double Deluxe ButterBurgers with Cheese Baskets. The basket meal includes crinkle cut fries and a drink. The burgers and crinkle cut fries were freshly made. The soda is self serve. Everything was delicious. We decided to dine in. The dining room was clean, the cup lids, ketchup, hand wipes, napkins and straws were adequately stocked. The friendly staff member Dave came out to the dining room to check on us a few times. We will definitely return to Culver's in Franklin Park, IL.“

“My youngest wanted a “Downtown Wheaton” party for her 12th birthday. Graham’s made up little chocolate coin goody bags for the kids and Italian sodas. The staff is ALWAYS helpful and friendly.
