“I came first when they had a soft opening and it was a nice experience. But a week ago I had a leftover Sajeyyah Fillet sandwich, and was absolutely blown away by the taste and texture. I couldn’t believe it’s from Ghawar restaurant. Today I invited a friend and came over for lunch. This is the best dish I’ve had in years. Unbelievable taste, texture and presentation. My friend who’s a foodie agrees.“

“My wife and I visited Pepper Mill on February 1, 2024. Tye restaurant was clean and taken care of. We were immediately acknowledged after entering and seated within a couple minutes. I ordered the Turkey dinner which was recommended by friends. A couple and salad accompanied the meal and it was on special that evening. The soup I selected was cream of chicken rice. Tye flavor was good but I felt it needed to be thinned out. Salad was fresh and enjoyable. The Turkey dinner was thinly sliced from fresh Turkey breast. The meat was tasty and not dry. It was layered over stuffing that was lightly seasoned. I chose mashed potato's and steamed broccoli. The potatoes tasted like they were either from a box or a mix of boxed and fresh. The broccoli was fresh and cooked nice. The Turkey gravy was layered over the potato's and the Turkey. It was flavorful and seasoned nicely. My wife chose the Meatloaf and said it was good also. We both felt the price was reasonable and we would return. Our server was excellent and added to the experience.“

“Ordered a Hot Dog with everything and an Italian Beef sandwich. Both were really good. I'd say the beef sandwich rates up there with Portillo's and Buona. The hot dog was better than both Portillo's and Buona. Quick service. No wait at the register and the food was ready within a few minutes. The main dinning area was clean and open and the noise level was low. Overall solid Chicago style restaurant!“

“This diner was a simple and pleasant stop during my travels.The waitress and waiter were friendly and attentive. Refills of coffee and ice water were regular and good check-ins from staff making sure we were happy.The soup of the day (Chicken noodle) was delicious and felt homemade, the basket of crackers and whole loaf of fresh bread and butter was perfect.The pork chop sandwich was tasty, with the chop being tender and juicy. The salad and coleslaw was fresh and delicious.The gyros wrap was tasty and filling, the only thing it needed was a little extra tzatziki sauce, im sure if you asked for it staff would happily grab some.The double fried fries are hot, crispy and delicious.I'd definitely visit again.The reason for four stars was that my travelling partner felt it was a bit dark in the establishment adding a slight moody atmosphere.“
