Fancy food at regular restaurant prices? Wow! So I came here based on the description of the cheese plate appetizer. By the way, that was divine. Honey drizzled over blue cheese and Brie cheese with strawberries and toasted bread slices. I can't say enough good things about that simple appetizer. I could drive an hour just for that. My mother and I tried Gaston’s today for the first time and it was a great experience! We started with the Baked French Onion & the Lentil soup, which were both delicious. We then each got a salad.. which were incredible! The salad portions are HUGE, made with extremely fresh ingredients, served with a large side of dressing and a breadstick. Food was great, had an egg and cheese crossaint, some spinach, avocado, mushroom, and cheese crepes, the house veggie burger, and crispy eggplant with polenta and goat cheese.
