We ordered some manakeesh from here for an Arabic breakfast after hearing good reviews. We ordered the day before to make sure everything was on time. We ordered white cheese, zaatar, and meat. My huband went to pick them up and they needed 10 minutes to finish the order. Once they came, they smelled delicious but I was surprised by how oily everything was. Olive Bakery is a hidden gem in Orland Park! The quality ingredients they use in their pizza are top-notch, and the manakeesh are beautifully done. The crust on the pizza is perfectly crispy, and every bite is a burst of deliciousness. I highly recommend giving it a try!
