I online ordered 2 pizzas for delivery to my home.. One pizza was wrong. The guy was gone by the time I saw the mistake. I called the orland Pizza Hut and the kind woman made it right. A while later another pizza was at my door. Great experience. Ppl make mistakes. I understand. Thumbs up to the folks.
We waited on hold for 30 minutes and decided to order online but didn’t hang up. Came in to pick up my food and told the manager I am still on hold and now it’s been about 40 minutes and all the manager had to say is she hasn’t had a second to answer the phone since 5 oclock! Four other employees were standing around looking like they don’t know what to do. NOTHING BUT A DISASTER!
