The staff was very rude and not taking anything they were doing seriously. The person serving the food was in a rush for no reason and barely gave a full scoop of anything, on top of that he was rushing me and the person behind me to order whole we were the only two in line. I went there in the evening for the first time in Park Ridge, it's very dirty, I understand that students work there in the evening, but please keep the elementary rules of sanitation. I'm just comparing it with the location in Norridge, where I often go, there is no such thing in Norridge. But the food is equally delicious at Park Ridge, too.

This location used to be great. The management has clearly changed over the past few years and it blatantly shows from the quality of service. Last time I was in, the cashier was missing and his 2 or 3 coworkers standing around couldn't find him. After about 5 or 10 mins he came out still on the phone (on speaker none-the-less) and rang me up without even apologizing.I suggest the Rosemont location.
