I opted for a classic breakfast of eggs, bacon, and sourdough toast, and it exceeded my expectations. The eggs were cooked to perfection, and the bacon was generously thick and flavorful. Accompanied by a refreshing glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, it was the perfect start to my day.
Visited on a weekday, so business was slow. Food was good, as usual. (Hence, 4 stars!) I had a frittata, and my husband had the crepes with cherries. Server could have been more attentive to her one table, us. This place has been here for a long time, and we have visited it often. It looks tired now. Needs some "sprucing up." This is my family's staple breakfast joint. They can reasonably accommodate dairy allergies and other dietary restrictions. We have always have a great meal and leftovers to take home. It feels cozy and family-friendly without feeling crowded, and parking is easy.
