“I stopped by to try out the pozole. I was prepared to be disappointed as I have been with most restaurant pozole. The bar is pretty high as I have a friend that makes it best homemade. I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was. The broth was not rushed which resulted in such rich flavors. Every spoonful was filled with meat and hominy as well thanks to the generous servings in the soup. The taste reflects the patience and love that it was made with. The price point was pretty amazing as well. I will undoubtedly come back for more.”
