“First time at this location, standing in line waiting for the girl to wait on me, two people come in after she decides to wait on them, I said to her, I was here before they were and why did you wait on them, her response was, they were picking up take out, I said I don't care, they have to wait just like I did...she got flipped at the mouth, talking loud, I said, You don't speak disrespectful, I didn't talk that way.....she got mad and walked out....the manager took my order and apologize.....Not only was she rude, she wore a hoodie, piercing all around her mouth and lips(unprofessional).....will not be going back☹️☹️”

“This was my first time at the restaurant and my experience was excellent. We were there for my daughter's 21st birthday and we originally had 2 tables but they were able to combine them at the last minute. And despite such a large party, the service was exceptional. Special shout-out to the manager and Joe, our waiter, plus all of the staff for being so accommodating and hospitable. Will definitely be back.”

“IXXA is truly one of the best coffee shops in NWI. The atmosphere is welcoming, and has a very chill and calm vibe. The coffee and tea drinks are all absolutely excellent. My personal favorite is the honey latte. They also have pastries in the morning and there is a reason they normally sell out early. The ham and cheese is my favorite Friday treat. The plants that they have sitting around are all for sale. They are priced very reasonably, and the owners will give you tips when you take one home. I love bringing new friends in whenever they are in town to see how cute and perfect IXXA is!”
