Wish I could give all 0's because my experience going here was horrible. I ordered a churro latte and I got brewed milk. No coffee, just milk. I ordered 2 of the same thing, they got one right and one was pure milk. The person working the register didnt know how to work it. It wasnt busy either. The bagel is hard. I hit it against a window and it was a rock.
This Duncan is ridiculous. I Hos those people are training, especially this guy at the register. He had absolutely no idea what he’s doing. I ordered a wrap with only sausage and egg with no cheese and a caramel macchiato with extra whip cream and caramel. The drink came and it was a latte with minimum whipped cream and caramel. Fine. I was obviously waiting for my food. He asked me what that I was waiting for. Sir, I literally just ordered with you 30 seconds ago and you forgot?...read full review

Always completely out of EVERYTHING!! If I have to try to switch my drink three times and you don't have different food items available which is crazy! Out of like 4 syrups too..Workers are nice!Sometimes wait is way too long though even in a non busy time..
