Never had any issues ordering from here. Pickup is easy, staff are always friendly, and the food is amazing - so much so that I trek out to this location from Elgin.I think most of the review bombing comes from people who aren't satisfied with their own lives and need to find happiness in ruining what others have built up.
Toni, Tom and Evan were amazing. We placed a catering order online but their system had an error which sent it through last minute. They called us to let us know they were starting it ASAP. They had it done quickly- despite only 3 people working on a busy Saturday. We were so happy that they accommodated for us so nicely despite problems out of their control.
