“My original review of this location was one star for piss poor management and a very immature lockeroom mentality style general manger who employed people who barely could do their job or had TERRIBLE attitudes. Well since then the store has really come around. I dont know if the same general manager is still employed there but if so then he should be credited for the major overhaul. The staff (atleast from what ive seen) is much more upbeat and dare i say cheerful even. Orders are getting screwed up FAR LESS then previously, and theres even an acquaintance of mine that works there now who i know for a fact always does there best job. Scooters plano is still a much better coffee destination, but if im closer to dunkin in my travels then i wont make it my mission to stay away anymore like in the past“
“This is the tastiest burger I have had in a while. The meat patties were the right temperature with steam coming off them, the cheese was melted perfectly and not stuck to the box, the onions were crisp, just the right amount of ketchup, and they even added bacon for me even though it wasn't on the menu. It even looked like a burger you would see on a commercial.“
“This little coffeehouse is a great find. I had a white chocolate mocha and it was delicious. The employees were very friendly and the service was super fast. The parking lot isn’t in the greatest shape, but don’t let that deceive you if you pass by. I would definitely come here again!“
“Excellent cafe serving locally roasted beans (Fresh Ground from Geneva). The owner/barista REALLY knows her stuff! Great options for anyone, everything from pour overs to espresso, matcha to loose tea. And cold brew Dr. Pepper!? Plenty comfy seating in a modern setting. “Coffee is to die for. Smoothies are beyond delicious. The staff is sweet and always willing to offer suggestions. Their employee drinks of the month are always yummy. Cool, swanky vibe. Comfy chairs and tables. Great place to catch up with friends or plug in to wifi and work.“
“Such a cute coffee shop / lunch / dinner spot. Great food - Cuban sandwich and their cheesecake ? are our favorites. Lots of spots to work from and a cute patio. Wish it was closer to the city (or had another location) and also would be lovely if their patio (or a portion) was dog friendly?. We would visit even more often with our well behaved pups. Overall a lovely spot that we enjoy visiting when in the area.“
“We drove 30 minutes to try this place out. Lots to choose from. Very attentive and patient staff while we looked over all the sweets. Bought a lot of things from them to try. Some we enjoyed and some we didn't but not cuz they weren't good, just our personal preferences. While we won't drive a half hour again just for them, we will stop when passing through the area.“
“I love Scooters coffee. So smooth and delicious, everything I want in an iced coffee drink. Better than S'bucks and DD. I wish there were more locations. I've been to this one and the one in Plano, and the staff have all been lovely, kind, patient and friendly. Prices are good too!“
“Definitely a great place for coffee, and this location in Sandwich, IL is top tier! Always very friendly, and the coffee tastes good EVERY time, unlike Dunkin or Starbucks where every visit your coffee tastes better or worse. Food is pretty mid, but their cookies and other treats are very good. My wife and i come by almost every weekend and are never disappointed in our coffees. A little more expensive than Dunkin, but about the same price or a little cheaper than Starbucks; however the quality makes it worth the time and money to give them a shot.“

“We held my sister's celebration of life here, Geri,Kurt,and Lauren were absolutely wonderful. We had food catered and they took over and did everything to make the event go smoothly, we didn't have to do anything, what a great little bar and friendly local place to have a drink, would highly recommend it.“
“Unfortunately I have not found a good item I have cared for, pretty bland or off in some way.. as for the service, the handful of times I’ve gone they have always been polite and prompt. I’ve always been offered an “upsell” in a polite way. The blended pb cup is my favorite! I’ve only tried a few other drink and keep coming back for this one.“
