“Note, this visit was during COVID. I have only been here once while passing through town, but I had a good experience overall. My first impression is that the place was well kept. Next, I was pleasantly surprised at how well staffed they were. I was able to get in and out within 5 minutes. My sandwich was nice and tasty. I'd come back again if I were in the area.“

“First time visiting this spot despite passing by this area so often. I was quite surprised they had a pretty vast sandwich menu! I had the seafood and crab sandwich with the provolone, and it was delicious. It didn't have a fishy smell or fishy taste (just a seafood taste). The sandwich was filled with a lot of ingredients, too, and was toasted very well! The staff were super friendly, so nice, and they were making the sandwiches fast! The atmosphere was very inviting and you could tell a lot of locals come here to eat! I will definitely come here and try the other sandwiches in the future when I'm in the area!Parking: The entrance to the area where the sandwich spot can be a little confusing.“

“I ordered a tuna sub. It was good but I wanted just a little more taste. Oil and vinegar would have been perfect but it was not offered. The lady working was 5 stars. She was personable, friendly, and fast. I would give them another visit for sure if I get back to that area.“

“I always have the Rammy’s Radical Italian Beef. It is one of the best tasting beef’s I have ever had. If they had a footlong option I would definitely get it. The flavors mesh so well that is an explosion of deliciousness with every bite. Staff is always friendly and eager to serve. Love this place.“

“After 3pm on Monday through Wednesday I believe it is they have half of bagels. So we went and got bagels! The bagels here are decent and I like the cream cheese and tuna options. They sell Leonard's bakery goodies, mostly important the coffee cake. Yummmmmmm!!“

“Long time customer with Corner Bakery they have good quality comfort foods and drinks. 5 stars because the service surpassed all of my expectations today. I ordered 2 coffees a breakfast sandwich and bagel via Uber Eats of which the driver didn't deliver one of the coffees. I attempted to contact the driver and Uber and outside of a refund there wasn't anything they could do. I called Corner Bakery to see if the driver may have forgotten that part of my order. Their floor manager went above and beyond! They confirmed the full order was picked up and also personally delivered my drink (new)! I wasn't expecting that at all! They didn't have to do that at all especially since I'm a good distance from them and especially since they are not at fault with the Uber eats delivery. All I can say is thank you so much! You've made my day so much brighter.“

“I have mostly bought their bagels, chive cream cheese and lox which are fantastic. Now we were on the way and decided to go there for lunch. Another great idea I had the Ruben and my wife had the Monday special chicken breast sandwich, rate very high on deli sandwiches both were cooked to perfection and delicious.“

“We usually order for pickup. Food is always ready on time and very well prepared. Relatively inexpensive compared to similar places. All around very good. Order is usually accurate but if there is a mistake they are very nice about making it right. In fact they actually comped me on some extra soup when I accidentally ordered a cup instead of a bowl! Also their rewards program pays off regularly so I'm almost always getting a few bucks off the bill or something for free.“

“I ordered an open-faced, roast turkey dinner. The stuffing was AMAZING, the mashed potatoes and gravy like home-made, and the turkey was tender and delicious. The best hot turkey (and stuffing) I've had. The Pick-up wait on a Friday night was 45 minutes! There was a guy in a hat meeting pick-up customers almost yelling, 'the foods not up yet. ' We all looked at each other, but good was outstanding.“

“This is an amazing sandwich shop. Nice prices for the amount of food you get, but the bottled drinks are a bit expensive, but chips are a decent deal. Workers seemed really nice, and they make sure you get what you ordered. Lots of options and the food there is absolutely delicious. I'd definitely come back another time!Dietary restrictions: There are options for gluten-free.Parking: There are a number of spots since it is a small restaurant, so it is fairly easy to park and go inside.Kid-friendliness: It is all alcohol free, and has an outdoor seating area where kids can play a little bit. It's very kid friendly and nice. There is also a kids' menu section. The sizes for kids' meals are nicely portioned and have plenty of food to eat for them! I see kids in the Potbelly when I go in, and they seem to enjoy it.Wheelchair accessibility: There is lots of wheelchair accessibility including no stairs ty get inside, and there is a small button you can press for assistance that is by the cash register.“

“Bright, clean, and inviting place with a friendly staff. So far I've tried a couple of their ginormous taters, the Veggie Spud and the Max Spud and they were both good and filled with plenty of tasty ingredients. The McAlister's Club is pretty good too. “I liked the remodeled look of the subway and I absolutely love the service. As soon as I walk in I get a greeting and a smile from the employee. The food always smells and looks fresh. The bread is super soft as well, other subways have hard or stale bread but not this one. I will be going to this subway in the future and I highly recommend going here for a quick bite to eat.“

“Ordered a footling veggie sandwich last weekend and it was made fast with veggies that looked fresh. Customer service was decent, however, I'm knocking one star off because the person taking my order didn't say hello or anything. We awkwardly looked at each other twice (each time for about 3 seconds) before I finally said "Hi, let me get a footling veggie delite on wheat". I'm hoping that this was a one time thing and that the workers always greet their customers.“

“When I saw this deli open I thought, ho hum, just another deli. This is not ‘just another deli’. Selection is great, food has been outstanding. I especially like using their iPhone app. Easy to order and make customizations to your sandwich. I like to substitute the wheat wrap on my Spicy Southwest Chicken. The Chicken Tortilla soup is also fantastic - just enough heat for me. My wife loves the Savannah Chop salad. If you plan to eat in, study the menu before you go. You’ll have a hard time deciding! In my experience the prices for all there items we’ve ordered are reasonable. Example - the Savannah Chop salad was $8.89. Not bad for a large salad with grilled chicken. Support this business because they are a differentiator.“

“I had an outstanding experience at this JM location! The entire crew was super warm and friendly and they made excellent, delicious sandwiches! In a world of diminishing customer service this evening was a throwback to better times. I felt appreciated and well cared for. I will go out of my way to return to this location!“

It's not just here, it's at most McAllisters. Please, upgrade the silverware - at least plastic that doesn't break immediately once you use it.“

“I’ve been eating Subway on/off for 25 years and this is probably the best Subway establishment I can remember going to. Restaurant seems very clean and ingredients are fresh. There is a young man working during the day named Tiger who makes perfect sandwiches with care and great distribution of toppings/ingredients. Shout out to Tiger. I’ve been here a few times now and its consistently top notch (for Subway).“

“Ok, it's in a mall food court, but it was delicious. I can see why Charleys was one of the popular venues in the Woodfield Mall food court. The sandwich was freshly and quickly prepared. The chicken was spicy and the toppings were very fresh. The tables are comfortable and they had booster chairs for our toddler. The nearby restrooms were modern and clean. All in all, a good pick for a quick bite!“

“One of the most fresh and clean Subways I have enjoyed my tuna sub! I highly recommend bc the veges and meats and cheese and breads are all fresh. The place is very clean. She added the fresh veges and piled it on which I very much appreciated. So good and healthful. The staff person was very attentive and nice. I will love to be back here all the time if I could. Thank you to this location and the owner and staff! Such a great deal and no need to cook or do the dishes or cleanup after.“

“The crowning jewel of this plaza. Outshines all other restaurants in a 100 mile radius. Lovely ingredients, succulent turkey. I recommend number 13 also. Even if you weren't hungry to begin with, once you enter these doors you will be. Great vacation hot spot.“

“Been to a Jersey Mike's a few years ago and said I wouldn't go back. That has changed with the Palatine, IL location. I went in for a quick sandwich to go and order a #6 & #13. Well, I got to say they were BOTH out of this world. The staff in this location was friendly and very personable. I will most certainly be back to this location many more times. “I normally come here late when I don't feel like making dinner or want a good sub and I've never been disappointed. This is the only Jersey Mikes location I go to unless I'm away from home. The staff are FANTASTIC, my sandwiches are always delicious, and every time I've gone the place has been clean. The biggest thing I want to mention is the staff. I've come here looking normal, in pjs and messy hair, and even in a shark onesie. I've come here in a variety of moods, but every single time I leave, I leave with a smile ear to ear because the staff has always been so kind, caring, and absolutely hilarious. This location is doing something right, and unless management changes or something, it will always be my favorite.“

He said within 24 to 48 hours my payment will be refunded. After 48 hours, the payment was not credited back. Then I called again. Andrew said he did not have enough time to request and submit my refund. What the heck!He said within 24 to 48hours. He was playing with a customer. It was terrible. He was irresponsible. And just now I waited another 24hours again. The payment was NOT STILL credited back. What is going on? He was lying to me again? I will call their shop again tomorrow first thin in the morning. I wonder how they treat customers in what manner. If they treat that way they will loose the business sooner or later.Few days later, I got a chance to talk to one of the Pot belly's manager. He listened to me very carefully and took a necessary action right away. As he said within a week. full refund was completed and I got a written massage via my email. This is my updated review.“

“Usually don't write a review for fast food restaurants. This Jimmy John's was on top of their game. Came in at 12noon on a Sunday. All four employees were busy, seems like a lot of subs for carry outs and deliveries. Was greeted promptly and my Italian sub was made quick. All was good.“
