Ordered the other evening (Daughter's b'day). Spent $80. 6 items were left out/substituted. Whiskey Burger and fries, sub for Steak, potatoes, broccoli. I ordered the salmon which comes w garlic mash and broccoli. I sub mash for broccoli. I did NOT get my subbed broccoli side. Ordered Apple Blondie (formerly known as Maple Butter Blondie - aka better), did not get my ice cream or nuts. The store used Doordash, called, they told us Applebees would call us, never heard from them....read full review
Got seated asap. Right near hostess station and so she said literally right next to our table most of the time and it was uncomfortable. The waitress we had was also running the bar and so we waited a long time to order and for food and when our food came out someone from the back brought it and set it at another table in front of other guests then tried to correct it and brought it to our table after it sat there for a moment. the service was aight but the food gave me the worst and probably quickest onset food poisoning i’ve ever had. like it was BAD, i feel bad for this branch’s bathroom. my friend that came with me got it bad later that night has well. bad things aside, adrie did a good job and was very informative.
