Chick-fil-a is usually one of our favorites to stop for a quick meal when in Rockford shopping. Tonight was a big disappointment. My husband's sandwich came without the cheese that should have been on it. My grilled nuggets seemed to be a piece of grilled chicken just cut up and torn apart. Trash bins were overflowing both inside and out. If this had been our first time there, we wouldn't go back or recommend. I know you can do better. Customer service never disappoints at this location! Food is always great and if there is ever a mistake they are quick to fix it.
