Really never ate there, but my brother took me a little over a week ago and for the first time ever I ate the chow mein and absolutely love the authenticity of flavor over fried rice, so just yesterday figured I would go back for more... BIG MISTAKE "SCORCHED BUT STILL SERVED YOU COULD ACTUALLY SMELL THE BURNT RUINED MY WHOLEE MEAL! THE AUDACITY TO STILL SERVE, RUINED MY WHOLE MEAL THAT COST $39.. NEVER AGAIN.
Really, the only thing you can say about most fast food places is if the food tastes like it should, are the people friendly, and is the place clean. Yes to all. The Orange Chicken was perfect Panda Express Orange Chicken. The people were friendly and quick, and the place looked clean (although I got carry-out). Zero complaints. I even got an interesting fork/chopstick utensil, which I have never gotten there before.

The quality and portions needs to be worked on. My chow mein is always burnt with eye watering ash and I kept getting starch and no meat on my chicken. Most food is under a heat lamp for far too long. I kept having to return my food to have them do it right. It could be better honestly.
