“Last time I had sushi was well over 15 years ago. Times change, appetite, and eating habits change so here I am. My wife enjoys sushi and has been here a few times and enjoys their rolls. I do enjoy food in the teriyaki family and I get this fix at a few other restaurants in town. The interior of the restaurant is inviting and it was strange being back in the former Peapod restaurant location. We ordered the crab ragoon, gyoza, chicken teriyaki roll, scorpion roll, Godzilla roll, and the beef teriyaki entree. Both appetizers were good but pretty standard. I tried a few rolls and it's still not for me. I believe the seaweed wrap is what I don't like. The filling is good though. My wife enjoyed every bite of it. The beef teriyaki comes with salad, rice, and miso soup. I don't particularly like miso soup but this one was slightly different in a good way. I enjoyed the simple salad as well. Now when I ordered the beef I wasn't asked how I wanted it cooked which is not unusual. When I received the beef it was too blue in my opinion. I'll eat beef anyway outside of raw but typically I like my beef medium. The sauce and vegetables were good and I still ate the beef. For drinks I stuck with water but my wife had a mango smoothie that was quite tasty. The employees were attentive and definitely hustling so I appreciate that. I would go back and get the chicken teriyaki (hopefully it's not pink) and let my wife enjoy the sushi rolls. 4 stars because everyone I know that has come here for the sushi raves about it.“

I wish it had a little bit more flavor but it was fine. Their garlic knots were interesting, not your typical garlic knot. They were tossed in garlic sauce and cheese, and they weren't bad either. The brisket sandwich was 10x better then I could of imagined with all the flavor profiles sweet salty meaty tangy. We got a pesto chicken salad just because it looked unique and it was the best thing we ever tried. Through the whole meal we just kept saying how good every part of it was it was like the best dinner I had in a while. It also felt very healthy and this is my new favorite place to eat around my house two sandwiches, a salad soup you get two slices of bread and two chocolate strawberries and I only paid 25 bucks. “I saw an add for the Honey BBQ Nachos on Facebook and they looked so delicious I had to try them. Showed them to my husband and he agreed, so off we went. The portion size filled a full take home container. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the pork was. Wished that there was more of it on the nachos. Also wished I had thought to tell them to not include the olives. We ordered a kids sandwich for our toddler. Adam ate half his sandwich bb and pronounced it "Very good." As for my nachos, I wished they could increase the portion sizes because it was all so good.“

Saturday Karoke is always a fantastic experience, the DJ has all the songs you want to sing and some that you didn't even realize was on Karoke. Monday and Thursday nights are Billards league but they got extra tables for folks that aren't involved. Some Fridays they even have Billards tournaments. If I didn't mention it they also have slots, darts, video games and bowling shuffleboard. Come on through and be amazing how much you enjoy the place.“

“Long time customer with Corner Bakery they have good quality comfort foods and drinks. 5 stars because the service surpassed all of my expectations today. I ordered 2 coffees a breakfast sandwich and bagel via Uber Eats of which the driver didn't deliver one of the coffees. I attempted to contact the driver and Uber and outside of a refund there wasn't anything they could do. I called Corner Bakery to see if the driver may have forgotten that part of my order. Their floor manager went above and beyond! They confirmed the full order was picked up and also personally delivered my drink (new)! I wasn't expecting that at all! They didn't have to do that at all especially since I'm a good distance from them and especially since they are not at fault with the Uber eats delivery. All I can say is thank you so much! “We usually order for pickup. Food is always ready on time and very well prepared. Relatively inexpensive compared to similar places. All around very good. Order is usually accurate but if there is a mistake they are very nice about making it right. In fact they actually comped me on some extra soup when I accidentally ordered a cup instead of a bowl! Also their rewards program pays off regularly so I'm almost always getting a few bucks off the bill or something for free.“
