“During an unexpected additional day in the city caused by a cancelled flight leg, I ended up at a hotel near ORD. On a whim, I visited Sultan for lunch, a restaurant about which I knew nothing beforehand. It turned out to be an incredibly pleasant surprise. The food was remarkably fresh, brimming with flavor, and all at a very reasonable price. Fayez, the owner, personally takes care of his guests, and his hospitality is truly outstanding. His commitment to providing a memorable dining experience was genuinely touching and highly appreciated. So impressed by the warmth and quality of my first visit, I eagerly returned for dinner the same day, further making Sultan a highlight of my extended stay in the city. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. If it were possible, I would give it 10 stars!“

“I have been to this place before and their food is good but not out of this world. Its a quick easy not very expensive food option. All food item are halal and they staff is very accommodating. I wish the chicken was properly fried as sometimes is kinda not deep fried properly. But all in all its a food place with decent food“

“This place was delicious! We got the bbq chicken and gyro pizza as well as the combination gyro/chicken over rice. The pizza was made to near perfection, had a good crunch with an impactful flavor. The rice dish was good; it was very flavorful, but I think the meat to rice ratio was a bit off (needed more rice) and I wish the pita was toasted rather than microwaved. Aside from that I was very happy with everything and will definitely be back!“

“Even though it’s a hot chicken place and the chicken is great, Nash Bros has absolutely amazing halal smashburgers, quite frankly one of the best halal burgers in the Chicagoland area. The owners are great guys, really hospitable. Really great place to hang out to watch sports.“

“This place is in general a really, really awesome place. The service is insanely swift, they get your food out real quick. The atmosphere is top notch, may not be the biggest but the decor and feel is just really cool. The food of course, is also next level. They have such a unique array of food, subs, bowls, shawarma, tacos, subs, gyros, and a bunch more. The food was really well made and fresh, and of course pretty tasty. “Delicious food! It is not the first time for my family here and they never let us down. They have many items on the menu and I could recommend all of them. But we particularly like their sandwiches! If you need something qiuck to bite, look no further. Won't be disappointed. They can do the tray of them if you have more people to feed!There is a young, very pleasant lady working there - Sneha. “I’ve seen this place on the google maps one year ago and forgot to go there. 1 week ago a was lucky to stop in this area and was so starving. I entered the restaurant, and there was a very polite lady meet me and served well. I ordered chicken kebab shawarma which I recommended to eat if you in rush and needs to go back to work faster. The food was so great and they also give a garlic sauce which goes fantastic with shawarma. What I did? I ordered again! Tasty!“

“Best Mediterranean Food in the area! Clean seating area, and most of the staff are helpful if you're not familiar with the menu. The food is fresh and largely made to order. “My Wife and I were blown away at how tasty the food was. Everything was very flavorful and well seasoned. And the prices were great for the portion sizes which were generous. My Fire Burger especially was a good full sized burger. And best of all everything was halal.Everyone working here was very polite and accommodating. They let us go into the back to wash our hands before we ate.The inside seating is very limited since this is a very small place. They did have an outside seating area so in the summer time there is more seating. They had an extensive menu including delicious Mexican food.“

“Mostly the food was very good for real but I got a Gladiator burger that did not have everything on it that they said it would on there plus I asked for peppers and they neglected to put that and yet they put the top part of the tomato that has that brown circle where the stem was on it. I can't eat that and I don't want that on my $11 burger! and that was the only piece of tomato. it made me feel like they don't like me! Then the fried okra was overcooked tough and horrible.“

And reminiscent of my travels throughout Eurasia and the Middle East. Step into this old school establishment and be greeted by the friendly staff and beautiful bar adorned with colorful bottles. Walk towards the back wall lined with bottles of wine to your table where the experience begins. The brunch is the main event. Get the Turkish tea, I like mine with a little sugar. Then dive face first into the enormous spread of good eats coming your way. Eggs, menemen (tomato eggs), house baked breads, veggies, kofta, varied cheeses and spreads...ugh I can't get enough. I left with a full belly and heart as we sat for an hour digesting, sipping tea, and having great conversation. “I've had their zinger, the paratha roll, and their fried chicken, and they're all amazing. The owner was super friendly when he was describing what was in the zinger and the paratha roll, and he even told me there's some food I can order that isn't on the menu (well the American menu) like biryani.But their fires are actually some of the best I've ever had, better than any main chain fast-food.11/10 foodAnd the grocery store has some neat things, plenty of seasonings and spices and ingredients you can't find in big stores like jewel or whole foods. Theres some decent snacks and they have some good frozen kebabs in their freezer section. Also I tried kulfi for the first time from their store and I was blown away with how good it was, so creamy and dense.This may not be the most polished up place but it's a hidden gem for take out food and international groceries.Oh and to the person who complained about having nowhere to sit for their wait for food, you can always wait in your car and keep track of the time or set an alarm on your phone lol.“

“New location on main near Crawford by the CVS is great. The people staff is great, plenty of space and collection and a ton of products from Pakistan. Construction still on going but it's open and well stocked. Recommend fully for your Desi grocery needs. They have halal meat and fresh food too.“
