We tried soy garlic & spicy galbi and they were tasty! They were both crispy and good flavors.Food was great, only complaint is the restaurant was uncomfortably hot. My girlfriend and I decided to take the food home since it was so warm inside.“

The food was well seasoned, and cooked to my requested level, with good sides.The service was a little slow, but the server was friendly. “Big Lou’s loves Big Ange’s Eatery! Great vibe! Friendly and courteous service. Excellent food! I personally had the Reuben. Owner Rokko stopped by our table and introduced himself. We talked about naming our businesses after our parents, Big Lou and Big Ange! Ended our lunch with their homemade ice cream which was smooth, creamy and very tasty! “We usually frequent another family-style Korean restaurant in Schaumburg - which we've loved over the years! Wanted to try something new for a change.Ambience is very cozy - booths (instead of an open space) with traditional touches!Food is DELICIOUS - let's get that out of the way!Some observations:* Salad/sides - tasty, free refills, 5 choices* Bulgogi and pork dish - lots of veggies used as fillers. My kids are 'carnivores' and as such don't eat any veggies. They see meat and attack! The amount of meat we get in each plate is very less.* They should have an option without veggies. We ended up buying 4 plates of bulgogi and 2 plates of pork - just for 3 adults and 2 young kids. One of them had miso soup and I had the bibimbap! Price is reasonable but with volume of less meat, it adds up.* They don't have individual miso soup bowls for kids. It's a large bowl with greens already in it. My kids HATE greens.* Wish there was a easy way to call the waiters/waitresses - no call button and with only 1 person speaking in English, you are at the mercy of that person crossing you or the other waiters passing the message! This also impacts how quickly they could bring things. For ex. we asked for the lettuce and miso paste at the beginning but got it towards the end!* Dessert was a nice suprising touch and we all loved it!Will definitely go back there...now that I know their menu and system better.“

“The best bbq around hands down. Super Smokey flavor and smoked to perfection. My only gripes was you have to order at the counter and they call your name. I stalled the line a bit cause I didn’t know the menu but it’s not that difficult to do either. I’m guessing less staff = lower prices and I didn’t think it was crazy expensive, it’s decent. Second gripe was the paper towels in the center of the table, should be off to the side but no biggey, easy work around. Great place though! I’ll be back.“

“Like most, we've had a bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's Sauce in our pantry for years. I was recently tasked with finding a new place to meet up with friends. With the help of Yelp, I stumbled across Sweet Baby Ray's Restaurant. The BBQ was excellent, the Service was perfect, and the ambiance of the place is just as it should be. I'll be back again soon. “Co-worker mentioned to try out the Boss's Signature. We decided to try it out and we are so glad we did!! Two of us had the ribeye and two had the corn beef and cabbage. For dessert we tried out the cheesecake and key lime pie. All the food was absolutely delicious! Was very impressed that the owner Gino came to our table to see how everything was!! You don't find that much these days. Wonderful people, atmosphere, good service and great food.....what more can you ask for. Already discussed that this may be our new go to place. “We had our wedding at hawthornes and it was such a fun and beautiful experience. Heidi was so attentive to my guest and most importantly my dog. She made sure everything was taken off our hands and helped make sure it was a stress free day. “Food was good, got the peanut butter burger and had good flavor. Next time i'll be adding onions and pickles on it as I got it the way it came. The pretzel bites were absolutely delicious. If you're a pretzel lover then you have to try these. I got honey mustard on the side as an option instead of the beer cheese. The service was good, but I would've liked to have been told that getting sweet potato fries instead of regular fries was an extra charge. When the options were listed it sounded like it was all an even substitute. The atmosphere was exactly what you would expect, looks like a pub with televisions everywhere and nice folks around.“

We are always craving their food since there are a lot of tasty options~Few of our top favs!Honey garlic and gangjeong have been the top flavors fried chicken for us, perfect amount of spice and flavor and the chicken is nice and crunchy on the outsideTheir boneless options are good too pleasantly juicy on the inside with a nice crispy texturerose ddeok-bokki- the rice cakes perfectly cooked not too chewy not too hardperfectt texture and the flavors are so delicious. If you don’t have a high spice tolerance this can be a good alternative for you instead of regular ddeok-bokkiKimchi fried rice- delicious can’t go wrong ordering this dish here!We like to order fries and pickled radish with our chicken and it’s byob as well so you can enjoy a nice cold beer all together best combo!! “My daughter and I traveled from DC to Chicago for a cheerleading competition. We decided to try Porky's... I am not making this up, hands down the best BBQ I've had in years. The combo sandwich with brisket and pork, is phenomenal. The Porkys Beans with brisket, left me speechless. Outstanding customer service to go along with the great taste. Honestly wish I lived in the area, so I could eat here more often.“
“I stopped in for dinner at Famous Dave’s on March 28th with a couple of buddies. I’d never been and had to try their bbq - and it was delicious! Highly recommend the brisket nachos, and if you go on a Thursday, their Rib Tip platter is fantastic.The service was incredible too. If you go, ask for Steph. She made sure we were taken care of, went out of her way to share her recs, and even brought the manager by to say hello - really cool guy! “Visited here 3 times this year for the iftar buffet. It's was a very good experience all 3 times, mashallah. But I was a little disappointed in my 3rd visit. There were no vegetarian options in your buffet menu. I had a person with me who was a vegetarian and could not eat anything except your raita with fried rice. I would like to request the management to please have a couple of vegetarian options available in your buffet daily. Apart from that pleasant atmosphere friendly staff.“
“Ok, so I've never had anything like this before. The food was really good!! Took about 30 min to make. So I know it's all fresh!! Very nice staff!! At first I was questioning the price but wow it's a lot of food lol. The only thing I'm gonna do the next time is ask for extra sauce. That stuff was awesome!! Hot tea and water were offered once we seated Refreshing banchan were offered before our foods arrived, it doesn’t take long for our foods arrive. Crispy fried dumplings were good. Beef Raman noodles were not over cooked, The broth flavor was mild, but good. Beef bugogi was flavorful with rice on the side. Kimchee soup comes with noodles on the bottom side hot stone steamed rice along with the order. We all enjoyed our dishes. We get there right when they open. The place fills up quickly. Highly recommended.“
