The staff @ Jewel Starbucks is the best period! Shelby (manager) and crew is always professional yet personable! I am the biggest pain in the backside customer there is... and these guys make me smile everyday! The product is almost as good as their SMILES! Alex, Molly, Kyrstyn, Angelina, Shelby. Just pre order and pick up inside. Even a door dash order is quicker than the drive thru. It's great (for them) that theyre that busy, but I'll usually go to the starbucks in target, otherwise, I have to carve out an extra 30 mins of my time to wait in the drive thru, and that waiting space is a nightmare.

Amber D always makes my drinks SOOOOOO GOOD !! I always get an iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso with chocolate cold foam and omg she knows how to make it just right!! She always has a great attitude and makes conversation to lighten up the day!
