“I always get it to go but they do have some tables there. The fiesta gyro (we minus the pepper flakes), Greek salad and the chicken pita (with chipotle ranch replacing the mayo) is our favorite. “I work in the area and was looking for a sandwich shop that wasn't a chain (jimmy johns, subway, etc..) so I decided to try this place out a few weeks ago. I've been here several times now to grab lunch and it has been wonderful. Sandwiches are fresh and delicious. Prices are extremely reasonable. The bread they use is incredible. Highly recommend checking this place out.“

“This has become our favorite place to eat out. The food is so flavorful and different from a regular sandwich shop. Also, we are able to bring our dog with us and get him his own doggy meal. They don’t have the dog meals on the menu but they are available. They really should put a sign on the counter or a wall about them. Everything is served in a dog bowl which fits with the theme of the place. They have a wide variety of foods to choose from. I am currently trying to eat my way through the whole menu! The atmosphere is like a park. Some of the tables have swings to sit on. There is a little “grassy” area with giant Jenga and giant Connect Four games to keep the kids entertained. I love the huge wall mural which shows lots of cute dogs picnicking in a park. The staff is very nice and helpful. My whole family, including the dogs, love eating here!Parking: It is located in an open air mall so there is plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Swing seats available at some tables. Giant games for them to play on the grassy area.“

The people that work here have always been attentive and friendly and the food tastes amazzzzzing! “Great fresh made fries. Very good Italian beef, flavorful gravy and a good sized sandwich. The staff was fast and courteous. The place is decent sized and seats a good 20 people. I was disappointed with the shakes though, they are pretty pricey and nothing special to write home about. They present nice, but over all I did not feel the value was there on this one item.“
“New in town, we stopped in after a long day out and no time - or energy - to cook dinner. Had the Gyro with everything which was surprisingly good. Meat thick cut with nice crisp edges, lots of onion, tomato and a good tsatsiki. Tsatsiki good enough we wished there was a bit more on it, but be that as it may...it was a pretty darn good gyro. Tasty fries. A cheeseburger which totally satisfied us. Good meat with a good char around the edges. Very flavorful and juicy. In our view the place is a good bet and we'll definitely be back.“
“Portillo's is a classic restaurant with yummy burgers, dogs, fries, chicken sandwiches, and more! Today I tried the seasonal fish sandwich. It was very good. The fish was hot and juicy! The sauce was pretty runny, so have plenty of napkins on hand. My usual go-to is the breaded chicken sandwich with fries and cheese sauce, and onion rings if I'm feeling greedy!“
“Very friendly welcoming atmosphere, the hot dogs were great. So we're the fries with cheese. Better then portillos by a long shot. The salad wasn't my cup of tea, but I did love that it came with cucumbers and tomatoes. Definitely freshly prepared.“
“wonderful portillo's. this was my first experience at a portillo's franchise and I had a wonderful time. the food was a little more expensive than anticipated but well worth it. there are not a lot of quality beef sandwiches at fast food places but portillo's delivers with both the italian beef sandwich and the beef and cheddar croissant. the strawberry shake was also delightful. I am not the biggest fan of the fries but I subscribe to the belief that nobody does crinkle cut like Dave's Hot Chicken. the ambiance of the restaurant was also lovely.“
“This location gets my order right. Have a few favorites of the food, mainly jumbo hotdogs or roast beef. Their fries are my favorites in the restaurant industry. Don't like the interior of any Portillos ...outdated tablecloths, "messy looking" eclectic stuff all over the place that gives me the impression a yard sale hit the walls, can't stand background music interfering with conversations. I make a point to try not to dine in at all.“
“Cheesy beef garlicy bread was really good. Excellent flavor. Good texture in the meat, cheese did not overpower the meat flavor and I can taste the garlic bread. The only minor complaint that I'd say is the juice that I ordered in the two cups, one of them was smashed, crushed and dribbled all over the inside of the plastic bag. The only other thing is the sandwich seemed a little bit on the small side, much smaller than a portillo's.“
“My gyro was hard and did not taste great. My moms Italian beef sandwich was so hot it had her coughing. I did not complain about mine but mama was talking to the manager when she started coughing so it was inevitable. The manager explained it had already been sent up the chain and got mama another sandwich which turned out not as hot.The service was top of the line.The manager also was helping with a catering order and was very helpful.Dietary restrictions: they do not have a list of ingredients and their daily value.Parking: Parking was right beside the building and there was plenty of it. They also have an wheelchair ramp and a few handicap parking spots.Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids menu.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have wheelchair ramp and wide doors.
