“Really good food, I really like the chicken with turkey bacon and ranch wrap. I also purchased the banana caramel bread shake and it's also good. I honestly believe that you can't miss with food here and everything is gonna taste pretty good imo. Check them out if you're ever in the area.“

I was suffering from a hangover earlier that morning, and a friend suggested I order a Specialty drink called the “ Hangover “……AND IT WORKED, I started to feel better INSTANTLY.The whole staff looked fit and healthy which led me to inquire about the nutrition aspect of the shop. They were all so friendly and knowledgeable about the benefits of the products sold, and how to lose weight!! I will be returning!“

“I’ve gotten meal prep on and off for weeks at a time for myself and my husband and I love it. If I might not like some on the meal plan I’ll supplement with meals that are in the walk up freezer inside the store. Wraps I’ve had are good, kids meals are good. They have protein coffee now which is pretty tasty too. Try it out!“

“What an amazing find in the middle of the charming Whiting downtown! “Main Street” vibes and right as I walked in the door I was greeted by the two lovely team members, kind and helpful and when I told them it was my first time in and asked for suggestions, both were knowledgeable and able to articulate so well!I ordered the super unique pistachio protein shake…so wonderful! Great texture, unique flavor and actually massive! I was so full after and it took me a long time to finish, great from first to last drop!I also tried their protein bites and they were super tasty, really quite filling as well.In the back of the location there is a fitness studio, where they were setting up a Christmas market! I met with the owner and she is simply amazing…cares about her guests, product and vibes of the location, someone who is truly proud to be part of the community…..we need more of this throughout this wonderful country of ours!Will I be back? “Whenever I go to southtown health food store they are always friendly they are always helpful they will do whatever they can to help you in the politis way I would definitely recommend this store to neighbors and to the general public the store has been in business for a very long time some years ago I was buying a product and had the opportunity to meet and be assisted by one of the owners of the store she was very kind and very helpful and that's the service that you always get when you go to the door so thank you South Town‼“

“Top Tier is a small local business that gives great service and protein shakes. You'll never enter and not be greeted with a friendly smile. Parking can be a bit scary because car just come out of nowhere at times but overall this place is the best protein bar around.“

“Been here a few times. The inside is a nice aesthetic and there's plenty of parking. I spoke to Justin who I believe is the owner and he was super patient and friendly! They have a large assortment of delicious flavors for the shakes and teas. All the shakes are made with protein if I'm not mistaken and are really tasty and healthy! I have tried the peanut butter and banana, captain crunch, pumpkin(pumpkin cheesecake I believe), and the Incredible Hulk. Very delicious and filling! I purchased one of the teas for my mother a while back and she liked it. They offer other protein options like protein waffles if you're looking for a more filling option with that added protein! Justin is super knowledgeable about the proteins and estimated calories if you're concerned about that too! Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back, especially since I found out they have a promotion running on Friday and Saturday for medium shakes!“

“I found out about this place a year ago and I love it!!! They have so many different smoothies and other protein drinks that you can get they are so good! Love there acai bowls! I work late on weekends and I don’t have time to get me something from there because they close at 2. I would really love if they would’ve stayed open a little later then 2 on the weekends ?“

“Let me start with saying this is my first time there! I have been riding past this place for a while and I've always been intrigued and I found out it is black owned so I had to try it! I ordered the Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap and let me tell you how flavor full it is!!! The meat was not over or undercooked, the veggies inside and the sauce all blended together very well! It even has a little kick to it which I love! The pineapple lemonade I ordered was good as well!! The service was great, even though I ordered food Togo they treated me as if I was dinning in, they were nice and courteous! The inside is nice and spacious definitely sets the ambiance for a place you should sit down and eat. I will definitely be back to sit down and eat next time!
