I've I've been through the drive-thru a couple of times and I've never had a bad experience but the last time I went through I made an error in my order, and not only did the girl promptly replace my drink with the correct drink I was supposed to order, she was extremely thoughtful and kind in the process and did not give me any type of grief even though it was completely my fault. Small but pleasant coffee shop. The food was good and served rapidly, but since it is frozen and reheated, it was incredibly hot for quite a while. The hot drinks are also served very, very hot. It is rather loud inside but I suspect the outdoor dining area is better. Everyone on staff was polite and very pleasant. We felt welcome and they were patient with us as first time customers. I would go there again.
