Amazing service! Nick was great. I was here on work and he gave me phenomenal service. And his bartender Jazz took great care of me.. even gave me an extra drink to sample. One of the best Outback Steakhouse’s yet. Super clean and friendly service
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit our local Outback Steakhouse at 2590 Wabash Ave in Springfield, IL. Our server was Jasmine. She was polite, helpful with explaining the dishes to choose from and she checked on us often. It was Easter Sunday so it was very busy, but Jasmine managed all her tables with joy and ease. We just went tonight and the manager there (I believe his name is Gerald) was amazing as was our waiter! After we were seated (party of 10), Gerald came over and asked how we were doing and started interacting with the younger kids we had with us. He even played tic tac toe with them.
