As somebody who has frequently eaten at Steak and Shake for most of their life its fair to say I've seen the wide variety of the quality of food change depending on location and time of day/night. This afternoon at the N Dirksen location I was shocked not only by the speed two meals were served, but how they were also managing a half full drive thru line. 10 minutes for two delicious meals!Store was nice and clean, playing recent hits over the stereo.
