“How is it possible that I haven't reviewed this place yet?!? I've been a couple of times. The place has a chef driving the food in new and different directions for a taco shop...in Springfield. When I went to their website to find the item descriptions I looked all over but didn't come up with them. Consequently, less detail about what I had, all of it spectacular: I had a salmon taco first. Loved that it wasn't overcooked and the piece of fish was large enough to eat a couple of bites with a fork so the taco wouldn't completely fall apart. It was a bit juicy but very delicious. Next up was the grilled cheese. I told the young woman who took our order at the register that I knew two of three and asked for a suggestion. It was a liberal interpretation of a grilled cheese but quite good. Think deep fried cheese stick taco and you're moving in the right direction. That sounds like a slam but it's not - this one works well. Finished with the Korean beef taco. I like the flavor Asian pear imparts and there must have been some in the marinade. Also, this one is a juicy taco also so I forked a couple of bites here as well. Big flavors and my favorite taco of the night! Since the demise of the Sangamo Club, this may just be my favorite place to visit when in town.“
“First time trying the taco joint, was incredibly surprised! By far some of the most delicious nachos I've ever had! The food was fresh, they seem to be eco friendly as well, and the service was quick too!Would highly recommend!(Edited to add)When I wrote this I thought the container my nachos came in was a heavy cardboard. I was wrong about that, and believe moving to a cardboard replacement would be better for the environment.“
“I have been there quite a few times. I have had Nochos, beef, chicken, and the supreme, beef, tacos, chicken, tacos, steak tacos, and fajitas, and all was very good but the service is slow and needs a some of work.Parking: The parking lot is pretty rough with lots of holes and hard to park“
“There was a live guitar player. The steak fajitas are delicious. We sat at the bar. The bartender made 2 delicious margaritas. My favorite was the cucumber. Please go and take your kids. The envelope is amazing ???Kid-friendliness: This is a family friendly place.“
“Best veggie tacos in this whole state! I'm from Arizona, and I'd even put their veggie tacos up against restaurants there! I can't vouch for anything else, but I'll be going back as much as I can for those amazing veggie tacos! Oh and the spicy salsa, YUM!Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian section of the menu with like 6 or 7 options. I was very pleased with that, I actually had to pick what I wanted rather than be stuck with the 1 veg option, so that was nice!“
