What a discovery! We walked into Poke Brothers not having any expectations and was pleasantly surprised. We walked into a very clean, well-maintained fast food restaurant complete with relaxing background music, a truly pleasant atmosphere to dine. The concept is truly healthy fresh food. Good poke place, quick service. I order online. It's just a personal gripe of mine so I'm not taking stars off, but if you get carrot, it's shredded raw carrot. I was kinda hoping it was pickled carrot since I don't like raw carrot, but it did add a nice crunch.

It would be helpful to specify RAW salmon on the menu. People who have never ordered or aren’t familiar with poke bowls may not know that the salmon comes raw. After nuking it in the microwave, the salmon was edible snd really good. Thank you!
