“I cannot say enough good things about Namken Nutrition!!! My family has been long time supporters of their Decatur location and I was thrilled when they opened an Urbana location a few months after we moved here! I am a busy mom of 3 little kids and it is SO helpful to have Namken meals in my fridge every week that I can grab to have for lunch during my workday or to have to feed the whole family on those busy sports nights when I don’t have time to cook and we’re on the run! Pop in the microwave for about 2 min and you’re ready! No fuss. All of the food is absolutely delicious — we love the grab n go meals (creamy shrimp Tuscan bowl, steak fajita burrito bowls, smoked brisket and smoked chicken, fall harvest chopped salad, and anything Big Mac are my faves), homemade yogurt and granola bowls (the cookie dough is my fave), protein bars (the sea salt cashew butter and chocolate is to die for), breakfast burritos, protein smoothies (chunky monkey is my favorite), protein coffees, and more!! The daily lunchbox is also such a nice offering. You get a nutritious, delicious, filling lunch for about $10 — comes with a side of fruit — and you can grab a protein coffee or smoothie to go with it! The salmon salad wrap, tuna salad wrap, and bbq pork wrap are my favorites, but they’re all so good. I also keep their frozen breakfast burritos in my freezer for when we have overnight guests and we always get rave reviews! BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, go in and meet the Namken team! The owner, her husband, and daughter are such kind, good, hardworking people and they have an amazing, fun, energetic staff who go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and informed!! (Also be sure to give their pup, Avocado, an ear scratch, too if there!) You can tell how much everyone loves being there as soon as you walk in the door. Follow them on Instagram or Facebook for menus, pre-order info, and behind-the-scenes in the kitchen. I hope the C-U community supports them and they are as successful here as in Decatur! Also, if their Urbana location is too far, there is also a PICK UP LOCATION IN MAHOMET!! I take advantage of that weekly since that’s where I live. Check them out! You will not be disappointed!! “I come here about once a week or so and it’s honestly one of my favorite spots on campus to get a quick bite or study! Staff is always very friendly and approachable and pay great attention to detail which really makes the space feel so welcoming.I haven’t tried a lot of items from here but for their drinks, I would recommend their smoothies especially the mango passion fruit and as for food the apple and brie cheese croissant is a great pick!“
“Great place to get a Café Latte. I stopped it on a Saturday morning, and the place was really busy, but the service was pretty quick. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, and there were a lot of people enjoying coffee and breakfast.“

“Marie (Sia) the morning barista is one of the friendliest people I have ever met. She always welcomes customers as they enter. Those she knows by name are greeted with "Hello (add your name). She makes my day start with a smile and hot coffee. What more can I say? I can say I come here to be energized by Marie. I can get coffee and Casey's if I just want coffee.“
“Wow the customer service is amazing at this place. The drive thru employee was the best. As I was sitting there waiting for them to make my order I was listening to the drive thru employee take other people's orders. We need more people like her working the drive thru. When they were out of something she had a suggestion for everything . I love people like her. Kudos to her. My drink was so good I had to double back and get another one the following day. Vanilla bean frappucino with white chocolate mocha add strawberries.“
“Cafe & Co is a super nice atmosphere, lots of tables, less charging ports but still has some available. Their matcha is one of the best in Urbana ? They also have a plethora of games and activities in the center consol if you like that sort of thing. To the left and the right there is a jewelry shop and a records/skate shop for a break in between study sessions. “I am visiting from Las Vegas and this café is conveniently located in the same building that I’m staying. It seems to be a very popular spot, and they have many options for breakfast. However, I’ve only gotten a latte so far, and was very pleased with my service.“
