“Lunar Brewing Company is located in suburban Villa Park. My love and I would normally not be anywhere near Villa Park, but we tagged along with our friends for an eats-and-drinks excursion in the 'burbs earlier this summer. We stopped in for some drinks here, and there is an extensive list of beverages to choose from. The interior is plastered with all sorts of beer memorabilia and other random fun things. “Intimate everyman bar in the burbs. First time here on a busy Friday night. Patrons all seemed friendly....a happy place. Easy to catch the young bartender's eye, and place your order. She was friendly too! Oh, and the prices are more than reasonable. Check it out!“

“Ordered delivery through Ubereats, 2 orders of wings (were put into the same box) and a side of sweet potato fries. And a coke can. The wings - honey barbecue - were perfectly delicious, piping hot and fresh. The sweet potato fries were not good. I love me some good sweet potato fries, but these weren't it. I probably could have eaten them with a sauce, but nobody really touched them. It was a HUGE portion though! The wings and blue cheese sauce were great. I ordered utensils and napkins and received none. C'mon, these are WINGS! People need napkins.“
“A local bar, one owner, and I just like stepping back in time when I go there, no rush, local people, small conversation. I love supporting local places! No food, but he has take out menus there, he has bags of snacks hanging, nuts, chips, beef jerky.“
“This is a great fun bar. The beer was reasonably priced and we had a great bartender. The place is pretty rundown but I appreciate that in a bar especially when the people are friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend it. Make sure to count the gnomes I think I got to 12 but I am sure I am missing some.“
“I cannot believe that no reviews or comments have been made about this business! They have great servers/bartenders! They have beanbag tournaments during nice weather months. Their food is outstanding! I had one of THE BEST corned beef sandwich on St Patrick's Day I've ever had! They have video gambling, which is fine if that's your thing. Outdoor bar is nice during warmer weather! Parking is enough for their size. It's unique inside with authentic plane parts, including helicopter landing gear for the bars kick plate. Jimmy the owner is very friendly and will buy you a drink/shot when he's there and his son, Chase, is a fabulous cook! Conveniently located minutes from O'Hare airport!“
“This is deeper than a dive bar. It is a SCUBA bar. Be that as it may however, it's also one of the best places to "have a few" in the southern dupage area that it's in. It attracts a diverse crowd and has a very, shall we say, interesting, atmosphere and ambiance. Reasonable prices, live music weekly, karaoke weekly, and toaster oven pizza. It's like the underdog sports team or the cult movie that's so bad it's good. You love to hate it, but you wind up going back. It's the Malort of southwest suburban bars. So while it's a SCUBA bar... it's *our* SCUBA bar. Maybe one of the only reasons to set foot in arrestmont.“

“The burger it is good. It is the definition of “I need to eat something while I’m out”. It hits the spot but isn’t going to overwhelm you. The food menu is limited, but again, it’s food for while you are hanging out, you’re not going to take pictures of your plate and post it to your instant gram.The service for my visit was wonderful. The three women behind the bar all helped to make sure I had what I wanted. They seemed to be able to read the customers very well. Great conversations when there was time.The atmosphere is a tough call because one persons boring is another persons party. The crowd seemed to be a lot of regulars and everyone stayed to their group for the most part. If the atmosphere is come in and chill, then it’s great.I didn’t witness or experience any of the other negatives that others have written about.I’ll definitely make a return trip because the staff and the prices can’t be beat.“
