I treated my girls to a drink today at Starbucks in Target and there was one employee working. This was about 4:00 (Friday). She was friendly, polite, and efficient. I didn’t it catch her name but she was very patient with my kids (working on how to order themselves) and handled the lines very well. I scraped together a small monetary tip because I never have cash but wanted to make sure her managers realize how awesome she was. Starbucks/ Target is lucky to have her!
I appreciate the energy and dedication that all the staff portray. I can't help, however, feel betrayed and lied to...for some reason, both this location and McDowell (Naperville), if asking for a cake pop they look to see how many people are in the car and respond with "ummm let me check on that" then come back with saying there are just [number of people in car] left, would you like them all? We've tested this 4 times at McDowell (Naperville) and saw/heard it being done to someone...read full review

The Starbucks in Warrenville used to be a very nice place to go. One of the better Starbucks stores. The Drive-through is a little slow but not much different than any others. Management used to be so-so however, the current mgr is friendly and welcoming. The downside, if she is not working, don't expect to be greeted when you walk in, walk on sticky floors, sit at dirty tables, or experience a friendly employee.
