Firstly I'll say most of my experiences here are good, this last one was bad though. When I got to the desk I wasn't asked what I would like I was just ignored, so I spoke up and said hi can I please have a grande London fog latte, the male cashier was pretty rude but the female barista was nice. Unfortunately my drink was not very good, maybe it's just one that isn't ordered often but it really was not even drinkable. Have gone here in the past around 3 months ago, employees were having full conversations and laughing instead of making our drinks. Waited for around 15 minutes to get our drinks. Today I ordered a venti strawberry açaí refresher. At other locations they ask me for lemonade or water, at this location nobody did. I assumed it would be the same. fast and friendly service! they sometimes get super busy and you have to wait a bit but they always provide quality customer service. patience goes a long way especially when it comes to your coffee and these people never disappoint!
