This past Wednesday in afternoon I stop in here and I thought my card was working even my bank lied to me saying it was for some reason it wasn't. This young barista paid my meal even though I could've asked to hold my meal and drink to go to the bank. I love the customer satisfaction and putting your best foot forward. I like the staff here.But one friendly piece of advice: let's quit with the generic "what's your name!?!?" and "hows your day??!" in the drive thru line. It may sound good to corporate but to customers it's annoying and forced.Overall I still like the store.

Friendly barristas, food and drink were as I like them. Comfortable seating with many electrical outlets available. No issues connecting to wifi and reasonable speed for working online. Neat and clean. Convenient location by Rt64 and Randall Rd.
