“I am only giving this place a five star review because of the young lady, Stacy, that's working on shift tonight. She was managing the cash register, donuts, coffee, ice cream, and the drive thru with ease. She kept a smile on her face and never made me feel like she was annoyed by the fact that she was working alone and people kept coming in waiting for her to take their order. I'm sure she was overwhelmed with the six of us waiting to order, six waiting to get their order, and the three cars in the drive thru, but she never let it show. Her customer service was exemplary and her calming presence made waiting to order a pleasure. Thank you Stacy for doing such an amazing job as a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins employee!“

Disappointed that US99 Melissa & Austin I couldn't get coffee mugs for work Joel Kennedy construction and Dunkin coffee for coffee with Joel Kennedy cause he got mad at me for drinking coffee first thing in morning at work on his time. At first I thought maybe cause didn't bring enough for everyone. Cause him or his son buys dozen donuts every day for us so heard about coffee mugs and figured Dunkin coffee with Dunkin donuts kinda get him to understand gotta have the coffee to start the day at least its not something else lol“
“I had ordered some Dunkin before my shift and when I checked my bag ? before leaving I noticed a mistake was done. My order was inaccurate. I let employer that I had received the wrong item. I was still charged difference. I was in rush but felt disappointed for being charged for a mistake.I get a email/call from manager after I told them that I had an error happen to my order. The manager had told me that they'll fix and help me out with a coupon as a courtesy for their mistake.I appreciate that the staff went above and beyond after the incident to fix the issue. The croissant with egg ? and sausage was amazing to enjoy. Way better than Starbucks for sure!Employees need to double check order or say out loud what is inside because if a customer leaves and notices they got the wrong item. “We were staying in the area and looking for a breakfast spot. It is important to know that this place has a table or two, but not an eat in restaurant. We grabbed a half dozen of the freshest, fluffy doughnuts-ube, cream-filled, jelly-filled, chocolate and strawberry iced and a blueberry. We couldn't try them all, but we made a dent, taking it all back to our hotel to enjoy.“

“Family decided to go to Dunkin after church. Originally we went to the Dunkin closer to our house that is on N. Lewis. Customer service was horrible there so we left and came to this one. We were greeted when we came in, and the food was delicious. I only put three stars for service because the lady that attended us was slow. Physically slow. So slow that my daughter who is 11 was saying watching her was like she was in slow motion. Like, her movements were very slow, so that you kinda understand what I'm mean. I'm not sure if she is maybe developmentally delayed, and if she is,she was amazing. Or maybe she didn't have coffee yet. Not sure. It's like it took her a moment to register what was being said. At any rate, other than that, (and that wasn't that bad, really) definitely 5 stars for the rest.“
