“Very bad customer service jaylen didn't greet me when I walked in and he saw me standing there so after 3min I said hello are u gonna take my order he said hold on.... after 3 more mins he ask how can I help u... I ordered a chicken pot pie that took 15mins... he didn't ask me if I would like something to drink while I wait instead he gave the other 2 customers free cups... while I paid for mine... most of the tables was not cleaned and the place was somewhat empty.... “I went today…I did not get the name of the person who attended us. I believe he is the owner, he is very nice and welcoming. The chefs are kind with good vibes too. Overall Good vibes. The chicken is not dry, and the friendly fire fries are very well served and delicious. I know a lot of food places get promoted in the city, but I am happy to know that there is a good chicken place here in Forest Park, IL. The food is well priced, and not expensive. “I tried the Fire & Grill yesterday for take out order. I ordered 6-piece wings and fries in both Grilled and fried. I can say they were equally very good. Nice size and done just right. Juicy and good flavor with plenty of tasty fries. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They informed me that the grilled wings only 4 were ready and I could wait a few minutes for the other two but offered to give me a leg and thigh in its place if I did not want to wait. I took them up on the offer and the grilled leg and thigh was also very good. I will be ordering from here again. The only thing I would say is that I did not see a bathroom available for those that want to dine in and wash your hands afterwards.“

“First time going today. Took the family because I saw they served food for kids too. They have a deal 2 for $10 chicken sandwich so we tried that out. Bought large fries which was enough for all of us plus some, Mac n cheese for my son and another chicken sandwich for my daughter. Paid under $40 with drinks. I tried the hot chicken sandwich with coleslaw and I’ll tell you what, it’s very good on par with fry the coop, and I love fry the coop, the fries were crispy and seasoned I had them mild, also great flavor. Mac n cheese was delicious. I can say that this is one of my go tos for now on for hot chicken sandwich, this and fry the coop. I highly recommend this place. The owners were nice as well. “I mean... it's a mall Nandos. They sat us and told us to order online. We were the ones there. We ordered. A bunch of people came in about 10 minutes after we ordered and they all got their food. We waited. Luckily I had snacks for my kid because our food took about 35-40 minutes to come out.I'd eat here again if I had time to kill because I like Nandos, but I wouldn't bring my kid here again because of the wait.They have high chairs, but there's nowhere to put a stroller that'd be out of the way.“

“This was my first time at a chick fil a. I went to the drive thru, strange set up, they had an employee outside so I ordered face to face. I ordered a chicken sandwich and was asked if I wanted to add on any sauce. I asked if it came with any and was told it did not, so I asked what sauces they had. I guess she wasn't ready to answer that because she just named 3 and I see they had 7. I asked what the chick fil a sauce was like and I was told "it's our signature sauce" that still didn't tell me much, but I figured I'd try it.
