“Very bad customer service jaylen didn't greet me when I walked in and he saw me standing there so after 3min I said hello are u gonna take my order he said hold on.... after 3 more mins he ask how can I help u... I ordered a chicken pot pie that took 15mins... he didn't ask me if I would like something to drink while I wait instead he gave the other 2 customers free cups... while I paid for mine... most of the tables was not cleaned and the place was somewhat empty.... I gave two stars because other then the bad customer service the food was hot and fresh.5/18/23 Now I'm back because the food was fresh and I must say the customer service have got better the cashier Ariel and the shift supervisor went above and beyond to attend to each customer needs as follow..... thanks KFC and as always food was fresh“
“I came here around 3 it was a bit busy and I seen the cashier was a bit overwhelmed because she was the only one taking orders at the time. Food was delicious and the buffet offered many different dishes. They have 2 soups and a decent salad bar as well. “First time going today. Took the family because I saw they served food for kids too. They have a deal 2 for $10 chicken sandwich so we tried that out. Bought large fries which was enough for all of us plus some, Mac n cheese for my son and another chicken sandwich for my daughter. Paid under $40 with drinks. I tried the hot chicken sandwich with coleslaw and I’ll tell you what, it’s very good on par with fry the coop, and I love fry the coop, the fries were crispy and seasoned I had them mild, also great flavor. Mac n cheese was delicious. I can say that this is one of my go tos for now on for hot chicken sandwich, this and fry the coop. I highly recommend this place. The owners were nice as well. “Ordered delivery on a Friday night and it got here in record time. The wings are a normal size unlike some other wing places nearby. The tots arrived crispy. They have some really good sauces to pick from that aren't too salty. Will definitely be getting food from here again when I get a craving for wings!“

“I mean... it's a mall Nandos. They sat us and told us to order online. We were the ones there. We ordered. A bunch of people came in about 10 minutes after we ordered and they all got their food. We waited. Luckily I had snacks for my kid because our food took about 35-40 minutes to come out.I'd eat here again if I had time to kill because I like Nandos, but I wouldn't bring my kid here again because of the wait.They have high chairs, but there's nowhere to put a stroller that'd be out of the way.“
“Was the perfect solution to a meal (and then some) for us busy folks. We got the wing dinner and were blown away by the seasoning, the choice of sauces and fast easy pick up. Seriously, as good as the chicken we got when we were eating our way across the South. “I had left a poor review earlier complaining about the quality and freshness of the chicken, the owner Chef Alex when I came in personally apologized and made the food fresh for me and personally. He explained again that the condensation with the food is quick to happen when it’s boxed up. He made it up to me greatly with a warm and fresh offering and invited me to take a seat and eat inside his restaurant. The atmosphere was really nice and modern with superb cleanliness. The chicken gyro ? was beyond my expectations this time. I apologize for even beginning to compare his chicken to chik-fil-A it’s an absolute disservice. “Jolibee always serves some great food, their chicken and gravy hit the spot. They offer a lot of the franchises hits, and may be long wait times, some items may not be here, but it is a great restaurant. The burger steak, spaghetti, and more on the menu are also great to order. I recommended trying it at least once. Tried everything on the menu and can say meets what I expect from a childhood favorite.“
“Great fried chicken! Chicken falls right off the bone and is super juicy. The skin is very crispy and is not overly seasoned. The French fries had the perfect crunch on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I'm not a fan of Cole slaw at all, but the Cole slaw here is good! Lastly the fritters, I had no idea what a fritter was, but man it was good. I see why they are sold buy the dozens. If you haven't tried this place yet, do yourself a favor and try it. I'm a korean uber driver. This chicken breast has a deep smokey flavor where the leg and thighs do not.It is a 9.5 out of 10 experience; you should try it. The breast is the only one that is smoked, I think. So make note of that and get the breast dinner combo with fries, and tell them mild sauce!“
“I appreciate having a WFF takeout location closer than the main Romeoville location. Service here was very friendly. The food is exactly like the food at their other locations, so thumbs up for consistency. Their chicken is among my favorite because it resembles the way my mom and grandma used to make it. They fry it and give it to you so it's not sitting on a warming rack like a lot of other places do, so even though I had about a 30 minute drive home it was still warm and crispy.“

I want to talk to my fell doordasher, uber eats drivers, and grurbhub drivers.I am a driver as well on two of these platforms.I am appalled at some of the behavior of my fellow drivers.When I got there the cashier told me to accept the order before she gave me the order.She said that some of these drivers are screen shoting their orders as delivered and taking peoples food. Why? Why? If you can afford to operate a vehicle then find a way to afford food without taking the food from other people. Do not be mad at the people who have figured out either to worth the system, save money, budget, or just dont care but have enough money for that meal.To steal from customers paying you to deliver their food is just inexcusable. “Ordered food to-go. It was prepared and packaged well for the road. I ordered the pick 3 combo (wings, catfish nuggets and gizzards) and a side of fries. Gizzards was a bit too salty for me. Didn't taste much meat with the catfish nuggets. More crust on them than meat for sure. Wings and fries were good. Service was pleasant.“
