“We stopped by for drinks and muffins! We are from NS. Canada! Our son lives nearby and highly recommended this coffee shop! We were not disappointed! We were greeted by friendly and kind people! We even had the door opened for us! We felt so welcomed! The muffins were huge and scrumptious! The iced lavender latte was excellent! My son says it is the best in the Kenosha, Winthrop Harbour area! The Americana was also great! Everything taste so fresh! Will definitely make this one of our stops whenever we are in the area?????So thankful that God gives us places and times of refreshing????“

“We were staying in the area and looking for a breakfast spot. It is important to know that this place has a table or two, but not an eat in restaurant. We grabbed a half dozen of the freshest, fluffy doughnuts-ube, cream-filled, jelly-filled, chocolate and strawberry iced and a blueberry. “Went to Cafe Lube today for an oil change. I was going by the date on the sticker. The owner said I did not put enough miles on since my last change and I really didn't need an oil change yet. He said the oil was like new. I thought that was amazing, as a lot of businesses would do it just for the . Ordered chocolate and vanilla ice cream with chocolate churros and OMG! DELICIOUS! We ordered churros to go for our 11-hour drive home to Alabama. Let's just say they didn't make it to see Alabama! “I walked into this Starbucks at 6:45 am Wednesday morning to order 15 drinks. When I approached the counter and told the cashier I needed to order 15 beverages, she was so cheerful and stated she was ready. Once I went through all the orders, I had her repeat everything back to me. After I paid and stepped to the side, I noted that half of my drinks were already completed! I was so grateful! The location is beautiful in the heart of downtown Kenosha. Our guests were raving about how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. The bridal suite is beautiful and was able to accommodate a large group of ladies (I had 11 bridesmaids). But most importantly, it's the staff. Deanna and Dameon, who were our wedding coordinators were incredible. So accommodating and attentive. “5+1?This small out-of-the-way Starbucks (located inside Target) is really a diamond in the rough, if you consider Starbucks a diamond, LOL. They make the store on Grand and Green Bay look pathetic. The young man working behind the counter, his name is Felipe, is extremely articulate and knowledgeable, about Starbucks offerings, unlike the other store. I came in for the Medicine Ball, that is a stress relieving, stomach settling concoction that Starbucks has come up with. It's not on the menu but if you're stressed or just not feeling well, this is the thing to get. See Felipe, he's a nice young man and working his way through school. He is very attentive and always smiling. As a matter of fact I'm going to give them an extra star because he's such an excellent hire for them, he should be in management.??“

“Family decided to go to Dunkin after church. Originally we went to the Dunkin closer to our house that is on N. Lewis. Customer service was horrible there so we left and came to this one. We were greeted when we came in, and the food was delicious. I only put three stars for service because the lady that attended us was slow. Physically slow. So slow that my daughter who is 11 was saying watching her was like she was in slow motion. Like, her movements were very slow, so that you kinda understand what I'm mean. I'm not sure if she is maybe developmentally delayed, and if she is,she was amazing. Or maybe she didn't have coffee yet. Not sure. It's like it took her a moment to register what was being said. At any rate, other than that, (and that wasn't that bad, really) definitely 5 stars for the rest.“

“The store obviously has a struggle with coverage, probably due to the coronavirus and poor work conditions but they always do what they can to make the moment right. The drive thru always seems to be busy, so expect a wait of 5-10 minutes. The cafe, correspondingly, is busy early in the day and random times throughout the afternoon but is maintained and cleaned well. The store I can tell has a few new employees that are still learning and may mess up your drink or order occasionally. There was a barista, Max, I believe, who got me to smile one day in the drive thru and I saw him again inside the next day helping a customer fix an order that was made or ordered wrong and offered to refund the drink if he wasn’t satisfied. Overall, the store is in great condition and has friendly service but does occasionally experience staff and product shortages which usually means a longer wait.“
