“This place is adorable. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We ordered a lemon and a banana pudding cupcake and both were fantastic. The white cake is so soft and fluffy and moist. The cupcake was so fresh and had great flavor. I love that they offer puppy cupcakes as well. They have the best cupcakes I have ever had in my life. “Great little place! We went there late, around 8:00 and the place was still busy. The wait staff was very attentive and helpful being it was our first time there. We ordered the old fashioned which was very good! I’m a little biased because it was made with 4 Roses Small Batch which is my favorite burbon.We also had the beet salad and the Soppressata Pizza was very good!We will definitely be back when we have more time to enjoy the atmosphere. “I'm a big fan of Rustic Knead, as a pescatarian its hard to find good hearty veggie sandwiches for lunch especially in the suburbs but not here. My sister lives in Lemont and every time I go visit I try to make it in for the caprese sandwich on their delicious bread which is made in-store. Staff are always friendly & quick & they have great tea, bakery, chip options too. Awesome for any GF folks as they have GF sandwiches & even some GF cookies from a local bakery a few stores down. It's a bit on the $$ side but you are paying for the great quality & freshness. They are also very consistent, we have never had a bad sandwich nor experience which I definitely appreciated especially dining with GF people!“

“I called about 10 days prior to our kids’ birthday party. They were able to accommodate and completely nailed our desired cake design. They were so amazing to work with and made my whale obsessed 3 year olds dreams come true. It tasted as good as it looked, everyone was raving about it! “This company bakes amazing sprouted grain breads. The only issue I have with them is shipping to the west coast. The cost of shipping is too high IMHO. I wonder why they can't use USPS priority flat rate boxes. That'll be so much cheaper for some of us to be able to order regularly. I wanted to order some more but at almost $60 I'm unable to. I hope they can look into this issue. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a local business that carries these breads.“

“These days I'm not sure a bakery can really deliver everything one'd hope for in the past. Lezza has a great variety of bakery products, and you'll find some of them to be very reasonably priced. I love the lemon knot cookies and the Italian ice, and you'll find traditional cookies here too as well as danishes and donuts. There are very few independently owned places anymore with variety and low-cost options for treats and coffee, but this is one of them!“

After experiencing the light displays, we stopped for a meal.So many vegan and vegetarian choices on the menu. Other museums and venues could take a lesson from this! Hot cider was delicious.Lots of seating in the clean dining area, including seats by the expansive windows overlooking the lights for the Illumination finale. That was a treat and a fun way to wrap up the evening.Our only issues were customer service focused. We had to ask for napkins and were given just two for meals that have a fair amount of juice. Also, we paid for my husband to have roasted vegetables added to his entree, but it looked just like mine in portion size. When I asked the server, he said he didn't know. No offer to check or to make it right. We were tired, so didn't press the point. “I've heard this store from my friends and decided to check it out. I ordered strawberry cream cake flavor for my son birthday. The store about 12 miles from my home and it's in the heart of the Danada square in Wheaton. I was surprised how friendly staff were and they are just focusing on cake only. The cake was very moist and a bit too sweet. In my opinion, if they can reduce the amount of sugar in a half, that would make the cake better. I will definitely come back to try other flavors.“

I originally made the reservation for 4, then 5, and then we had a last minute person join us that made us a party of 6 and they very kindly accommodated us, despite it being a busy holiday. I personally had the clam chowder to start (which was a special for the day, I believe) and my entree was the New Orleans salmon that came with spicy shrimp, a crab butter sauce, and a choice of side. Both were of generous portion and delicious! Everyone really enjoyed their food and drinks and it all came out in a timely manner as well. We finished with a few desserts and coffee to share and my goodness, the warm white chocolate brownie is a must-have! I only wish I knew our servers name that took care of us but she was amazing. She was very patient with us and on top of everything (drink orders, prebusing, etc) and was really nice. Definitely will dine here again and recommend to others.
