Super laid back and comfortable atmosphere, the employees made me feel like family! the food was amazing and super fast service! oh my were those burgers fabulous! “I personally believe this is the best chic fil a in the town. I came in to use a gift card I had sitting in my wallet for a long time. I had my order taken very fast but I however had a long wait for just a sandwich. So I was a little curious as to what happened. Well it turns out that they accidentally dropped the wrapped sandwich on the floor and was taking the time to make a new one. Unknown to me they tossed in a gift card for a free sandwich or nuggets for my wait. I wasn't spending any money in the first place and they gave me another free one. Ill always be patient for good service“

“Everything was great! Food, service and cleanliness. All top notch. I literally had the best burger in all my life! I could have melted when i bit into that juicy just right burger. The bun was soft,the meat juicy,the cheese melted. I could go on and on. It was soooo good! I love the options of all the free toppings for the burgers! The 3 women working were so nice, and did a great job. I was very impressed with their sense of urgency for getting orders done. They were doing the good trick for fast food places that i know well. Not that great if you're wanting to go west on 3rd a little difficult to get out.Kid-friendliness: Seems to be a kid-friendly environment.Wheelchair accessibility: Should be no problem getting a wheelchair in and out ramps on both sides of a door.“
“Chicken fingers were nicely cooked, moisty, not so crunchy on the outside but better than average. Without the sauce, it needs more seasoning. Sauce was a bit salty for my taste. A spicier flavor may be better. Lemonade was better than other options. Atmosphere was nice.“
“Customer service was nice here! I typically try not too get salads because they tend for me not to get full. But this Cobb salad did the trick. It was surprisingly really good!! I thoroughly enjoyed. Also I never knew chick-fil-a has ice coffee! I tried it and it wasn't bad. More on the creamy side if you ask me. This store is inside the mall where the food court is which have seats to eat. Sometimes they are clean sometimes not which is why i give 4 out of 5 stars“

“The chicken rings are so good, even reheated in the air fryer! I ordered those and the onion petals. The regular sliders with cheese have always been my favorite. Since this is the only White Castle remotely close, it's hard to say anything bad about them.“

“Arby’s treats their customers RIGHT!I entered the Arby’s on West 3rd Street for lunch and was completely unprepared for what would transpire while I was there. As I walked up to the counter and started to try and order, a lady who was next to me waiting for her food took issue with how her order was being prepared by the staff.She began to get very upset with what she believed was an infraction upon health safety code (which I know from 6 years of food service industry was more than likely not). The manager there assured her that she could see what the customer was talking about but assured her that there was no violation.The customer proceeded to get very upset and started screaming at the employees for not doing it the way she believed it should be done. She was very derogatory and her words understandably sparked the ire of the staff. The whole of Arby’s got very loud for a bit.All the while I was standing 3 feet away, not able to finish my order due to the commotion. The store manager told the lady multiple times to leave and she wouldn’t, and eventually the manager called the police. The lady backed off from the front but remained in the store for a while.After everything had settled, and the lady was no longer yelling but sulking at a table refusing to leave, I was finally able to finish my order. The staff there gave me my meal for free after enduring the incident, which was very gracious of them.Eventually the lady left and the police did not have to get involved, but I wanted to shout out Arby’s for promo-ing the food of those who had to endure the episode, and the kindness of the staff towards the rest of the customers afterwards.The Arby’s on West 3rd has a great staff and they never should have had to go through something like that. But I’m very pleased with the way they handled it.“

It feels like management is trying to hold Kevin back, probably saying things like "don't ask too many questions", but I enjoy it and it makes this Wendy's the best Wendy's. Management should embrace the unique talents of their staff rather than trying to homogenize the dining experience.“
“Took my whole family here. Myself, their dad and three kids. Everyone loved what they ordered, very fast efficient service and everyone there was extremely helpful and kind. The menu options were awesome. All the usual favorites with a good mix of other different options that are your everyday fast food choices. Place was clean, tidy and organized. Would recommend to people w kiddos. Was well worth the price. Paid less then I would have at most other fast food joints! Only complaint and not even that big a deal was the parking lot was a little difficult to navigate. The exit was in the lines w the drive thru exit and waiting area and people were parked on both sides of the lot making it impossible to exit the lot without sitting and waiting for them to move too.“
