I always buy a vanilla bean frappuccino. I decided to change things up a bit and got a caramel mochalotta (sorry for the misspelling) and it was delicious. Employees fast and friendly.
Usually I have a decent experience there. Recently I went and ordered a Venti Iced Latte with almond milk. When I drank it the latte had weird flakes and tasted extremely sour. I couldn't finish even half of it because I kept gagging. I believe the almond milk turned bad because usually their lattes are very good. This really disappointed me because usually I have a normal experience there. Honestly I recommended another Starbucks because serving spoiled almond milk is inexcusable....read full review

I go to this Starbucks a lot. They make very good drinks/food and sometimes, they are fast. The drinks and food, I would give 4 stars. I gave 3 stars because of the customer service. There are two ladies who mostly take our orders, and they both show me a lot of attitude. I once came here with a friend, and she kept giving us dirty looks while taking our order.
