“I don't drink coffee, but after wandering the mall their iced tea is a lifesaver. The only downside is the service seems kind of slow. That said, it's part of our routine when we go to the mall to go here for a refresher and worth the wait.“
“I always get the caramel ribbon crunch with a few extras..lol when I stop at this location. The barista are so nice I can always count on them to get my order right. I normally go threw the drive thru because I'm headed to work. The only thing bad thing the drive thru line can be extra long at times.“
“Sometimes you get inconsistencies when different people make your drinks but that's pretty normal everywhere. When I was a corrections officer, Starbucks coffee drinks were what helped me through the day; especially those 16-hour ones. Some days the matcha tea Frappuccino was just refreshing. But now they have the lavender creme Frappuccino and it's love in a cup!! If you haven't tried it I highly recommend it; I leave with one in each hand!“
“I don't know about the evening shift but Daisray and Diamond on morning shift are some of the most amazing people. They made me feel so welcome. They helped me not only get the items that I needed but I had had an issue where I was missing an item and not only did they give me it without complaint but they genuinely cared about my situation and made my day so much better, heck my week is so much better I've been having a hard time and they they were there for me in a situation that they didn't have to be so I will be forever appreciative of them you've got really great people on your team. If I could give 10 Stars I would I really hope someone sees this and gives them the recognition that they deserve.“
“My first 2 visits the owner and other staff were extremely welcoming. He seemed genuinely excited to show me the store's offerings. This last visit I came during the early evening. I didn't get the customer service like before & honestly no one seemed happy to be there BUT I then remembered it was during their time of fasting and it was nearing the hour in which they get to break fast for dinner. So, I will not take it personally. I'd be "Hangry" too!They have a huge selection of candy, seeds, nuts & spices most being weighed for price. The Turkish delights are just that, delightful! The staff are happy to give samples of them as well so you can feel confident in your purchase if you're new to this cuisine like myself.Be prepared to spend some money though! I'm definitely a regular now. There is so much more I want to try & something for everyone's taste or preferences!Kid-friendliness: Extravagantly decorated cotton candy & milkshakes, things kids only dream of!! “Vegan Empanadas!! My husband and I were in Louisville overnight, and finding good vegan breakfast options can be tricky. We've been vegan for 10 years and this was the best breakfast dish we've had. Truly delicious. And the service was fantastic! Thanks for having a killer plant-based offering!!“

“Such a cute shop! We came here and got a few items to go since we were in the area. My favorite thing here was their banh mi. I asked them not to toast it and told them I was taking it to go and I really liked how they left the veggies on the side. We don't live in this area, but when we finally got home, I toasted it and tried it, and the banh mi was pretty good. The bread was very yummy. They also had some drink options and other bakery items. Cute shop to check out if you're in the area.“
“You will not be disappointed! I am particular about my coffee being too sweet or too strong, and Poppy Coffee was spot on! I had the Iced Carmel Latte and it was delicious!
