Restaurants in Crawfordsville

“Had a lovely lunch today while catching up with a friend. The bruschetta was fantastic and my steak frittes were perfect! A fantastic lemon drop martini was a great way to top it all off 🙂 Big thanks to Kimberly for fast, helpful, and fantastic service!”

“great service, fast, friendly and the food is always delicious! Hands down my favorite place to eat in crawfordsville”

“We stopped in on our way back to IL, after our vacation. We loved everything about it! Tiffany was great. We had the breaded tenderloin. We told Tiffany, my dad owned two mom and pop restaurants in my life. My dad pounded out tenderloins just a bit larger than these here. This is the first time I have eaten one with the breading closest to dad's yet! Great experience. The cupcakes were good too.”

“Have been a huge fan of this pizza for a couple years. Was a bit disappointed in my first pizza from the restaurant. The crust had absolutely no crisp like it used to. The flavor, while delicious, was too salty. Still better than most others in town. Wonderful owners/staff.”

“I didn’t want to do a rating until I’ve ate here at least 3 times. Earlier today I was going back and forth on what I wanted for lunch and Second City Cafe kept popping up in my head. I’ve had something different all three times, food Is absolutely delicious, fresh and a good portion. Same kind, lady serving and she does such a wonderful job!! I HIGHLY recommend! If you know me I am not a picky eater persay, I will eat anything, but I do tend be a food snob I guess you could say… hahah. But this place is wonderful!! Please do not hesitate to try this place! You will not be disappointed!”

“The food is filling to last me til dinner. Service is good. Besides what some Karens want to say but they’re just out for attention. The atmosphere is good enough for me to enjoy a meal besides listening to stupid customers lol”

“Best pizza in town! I like how you can order through the app. It's also nice that you get points from what you buy which you can use to pay for your next order.”

“We eat at Arnis more often than any other pizza place. It is the go to when my parents are in town from Tennessee! We ate there this evening after my nieces birthday party. There was a boy name Jaiden running food. He is absolutely amazing! He was very kind, attentive and made sure we were doing okay several times. It is very refreshing to see a young kid with a good work ethic! These are the type of employees that need to be recognized and the reason for my review tonight. Good job Jaiden and Good job Arnis!”

“Cleanest subway I've been to in a while. They were also friendly. I dont remember the names of the two workers in there, but good job! Went in at 6:30pm mon. March 23rd.”

“Sandwiches were good. Service was great. Sandwich specialist was friendly and very kind to us as we waited for a tow truck after our car broke down next door to their Subway.”

“My family got a big order in the drive thru tonight. I hated I had to order in the drive thru, but it was busy and my back was out. I want to thank the employees for their patience with my order, quickness, accuracy, and politeness. All my food was hot and accurate down to every sauce. Thank all of you who worked tonight! I will be back!”

“wanted to try the sushi. ordered 2 rolls that never came. there was only one other table. food came out and they didn't even bring the soup out. and of course you pay for that too. I wouldn't let my dog eat there.. Owner didn't even come to the table to see what the issue was.. seems all he cares about is who to flirt with”

“I have to tell you folks that our visit prior to our most recent visit was less than stellar, to say the least. This visit however was a pleasant surprise! This time on the small buffet was some of the best egg foo young that I have ever had! This egg foo young was fluffy, tasteful and full of flavor. The egg drop soup was rich and bountiful with a wonderful stock. The beef and broccoli was tender and had the flavor blend that makes you want a second helping. Keep up the effort, as you are doing it right!”

“Your grab and go service seems to be more like grabbed and gone. Except for very off-peak hours, we have always had to wait for our dinner. You ate undoubtedly popular, you should cook like you know it.”
