“Hello My Foodies. I was on my adventures again in Indiana. I stopped by this place with my family. I always passed by this place but never stopped in until I finally did! The people who worked there were super nice. We were the only ones in there at the time so we got great service ofcourse. The food was good. Those appetizers were so good tho. It was some kind of pizza bread. Never had that before, and it was pretty darn good. The burger was good as well. I recommend checking this place out. It is small but there is parking on the side.“
“I called for carry out. I asked if they were Neapolitan pizza? I was told yes. So I ordered a medium, Neapolitan pizza and what I recieved was not Neapolitan. This would have been a 5 star review had the crust been Neapolitan or had I just wanted a thin crust pizza. My issue is this is not Neapolitan pizza, even if it's very tasty pizza.“
“Will definitely be going back again! We had the meatball bowl, pizza tots, and meatball panini and all were amazing. I had the spicy meatball in my panini and it was delicious. Not overly spicy, just the right amount. Pizza tots were a fun and different appetizer and it did not disappoint. We also had the lemon cake which was very good too. Great customer service as well!“
“Delicious food, fantastic service, great atmosphere! Highly recommend! Definitely get the Garlic Knots ? and any thin crust pizza ? with a salad ? and you won't be disappointed. Wash down with Limoncello Martini ? and you can't go wrong!“
“Our food was great. Romano's has been a fixture in Highland since we moved there.I had the chicken parmesan sandwich, others had the roast beef and onion rings, chicken tenders and fries.They were all very good.Next time I will have the ham and mozzarella hoagie.I didn't have the hoagie this time because I had made hoagie's at home a couple days before. They were good but not quite the same as Romano's.I haven't had the roman burger lately but plan to another time.We have not tried the steak and cheese hoagie.“
“The food was good; the waitress was polite and attentive. The prices were okay. The restaurant is clean. The only thing I don't like, and it's not the restaurant's fault you have to pay for street parking. The business should complain to the alderperson about this.“
“By the rivers gently flowing, Illlinois, Illii .... errrr ... Indiana border town !!....This time its the Little Calumet river and Giovannis in Munster, IN... a mere five minutes across the border...and the Little Calumet RiverI had the filet bites, which had an awesome Dijon sauce. Bread service...a dinner salad...and finished with a sea salt caramel Gelato. Gotta luv the rich stuff! Great service and convo from the lovely manager Sarah.Very elegant fine dining atmosphere. Broad menu with classic Italian recipes across steal, seafood, and pasta.“
“This was our first time here. We came out for our daughter’s birthday. We were so pleased with our whole experience! Our server, John, was a delight. His humor was our kind of humor. My husband ordered a steak “rare” and much to our surprise, it was actually “rare”! Like really rare. My husband was beyond thrilled. I ordered the short rib and it was delicious! The grill work on our dishes was so fantastic! From the grilled asparagus, to my short rib to the pièce de résistance, the ribeye, was as good if not better than anything we make on our backyard grill! Kudos to Skip, tonight’s grill master! Also, thank you to all the staff that came and sang Hapoy Birthday in Italian to my beautiful daughter. You made her day!“
“Came in an hour before close and was still welcomed by friendly staff. The atmosphere was amazing as well as the food. The best part that made our day was the best server I have seen in my life" ROCKY" her attitude and energy was so awesome as she totally made the whole experience on that day for us. “*** EDIT- we were very pleased that management corrected things and allowed us to give them another shot. This time around the customer service was way better and the food looks way better than last time. I appreciate management reaching out and making things right with us it does show that they care about their customers and their dignity. Thanks state line in Dyer !We usually go to Schererville because they never mix up our order and its always awesome. But today we went to dyer because schererville is closed on tuesdays. The customer service was horrid, employees were so rude. They absolutely burnt our bread sticks. And then the lady working up front ran out and knocked on my car window stating i didnt have the right food and that she didnt give me the right bag. I had to physically show her everything in my bag was MY ORDER. this location is a disappointment. Never again.“
“I ordered a John's sausage pizza for pick up. The pizza was ready for me when I arrived. John's offers a unique pizza cut. The sausage was crumbly, spicy and generously topped on the pizza. The pizza crust was amazing.I grew up on John's pizza when I lived in the Calumet region. My family usually visited other locations....Hammond and Calumet City. It's probably been 15 years since I last had John's. I picked up the pizza pictured and it was the same quality as the pizza I grew up on. Munster's John's did not dissappoint. I would recommend John's to family and friends. I'll visit this location again the next time I'm in town. John's is a gem in the Calumet Region.“
“Aurelio's pizza is another establishment with great pizza and chicken On their buffet If the location has one. Northwest Indiana is fortunate to have several pizza establishments in the region that are outstanding. You can have pizza 7 days a week from a different location and never get tired of pizza. Aurelio's pizza is one of those great places you can sit with your family and enjoy your pizza and time together. Aurelio's pizza is definitely worth stopping in.“
“Buona staff and service was excellent! Always a great dining experience. Buona food is very good. The Restaurant is very Clean. I would highly recommend Buona for Lunch or dinner. I use the drive-thru sometime, same great service and same great good. The roast Beef is my Favorite although I Don't Eat red meat lol, Buona does offer a vegetarian option.“
“This restaurant has become one of my favorites restaurants. Tunc has been our waiter twice now and he is friendly, efficent and has gone above and beyond both times! We started with the Brushetta which was made beautifully, the olives are the staple of this appetizer. Main course we moved onto Prime - Rib Eye cooked medium (perfecto!) Mashed potatoes paired well Creamed spinach and had lemon miraigne cheesecake to finish off a delicious dinner! Pistachio chocolate mousse is a tasty too! Will be back again!“
