“I overall had a good experience at Chuck E. Cheese UNTIL I was asked rudely why I didn’t give them an 8 or 9 out of 10 rating. Not only was I caught of guard by managements approach within seconds of submitting, she made a scene infront of other customers. In my opinion, it’s extremely unprofessional to be talked to like that in front of other people. “A 8 or 9, is the only rating that benefits our location” if I could go back and rate differently, that rude encounter would have changed my rating to a 2.“

“Well atmosphere is what it is it's in a gas station so don't expect much there, but the Turkey Tempter is one of my favorite Subs of all time. I do double meat, turkey bacon loads of cheese it's epic. Been getting subs here for 15+ years and the TT is my go to. At least once month I treat myself to some elmos. Several locations throughout fort wayne make it easy to eat whatever side of town you're on.“

But at least there's tables and chairs to sit at and enjoy your food. The Cheese steak is not the best sandwich of choice but there are burgers,subs,pizza fries, and other great sides.“

“some of the best prices for pub food ive seen. even better that the food is actually super good. $15 pizzas make it not-so-unaffordable to try out two different pizzas with just a party of two. flatbread options for about $8 also make that an option. our waitress was super friendly and helpful, a real good vive at 07 pub. still cant believe how cheap everything was.

Not a huge problem, I just prefer to know that ahead of time, and I prefer to give all the money to the establishment and not a 3rd party. In any case, the food was great, delivery ended up being fairly quick (within 20 minutes) and everything was correct. Will definitely order from here again next time we visit but will probably pick it up ourselves.“

“Stopped in last evening for a quick bite to eat and our waitress took us to our table ...who's name was Caitlyn... (possibly a K not sure). But we had the BEST customer service that I have had in as long time. She was so Sweet and checked on us continually. She also suggested when I wanted a wrap...that I didnt have to have it with Buffalo sauce could get it just plain with ranch. When she bought the food she said, "Would you like an extra side of ranch". I thought that was so kind. Then when she bought boxes to the table for our left overs she bought a lid for my ranch and a sack to Carry our containers in...ALL without me asking. I asked for the manager to come to the table for her to be recognized for her impeccable customer service!! He said, " He appreciated me bringing that to his attention". I made sure she got an excellent tip for her Kind , caring and quality customer service. BUT I ALSO THINK SHE DESERVES A 5 STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating here as well. “Had dinner at the Maplecrest Road in Fort Wayne, IN, it was awesome 👏🏽 enjoyed our meal of the royal feast. We don’t go to any other pizza place in town.“

“This pizza hut usually makes everything just right. They might be a few minutes behind but the food is fresh and customer service is fairly quick. I do recommend they hold their staff meetings not in the small lobby lol.

Update: I had a credit for a pizza, in an attempt to get the credit added to my order they refunded my money and went to charge the lesser amount. The refund takes time and my card didn't have funds to charge it. The manager was very kind in this regard. When I did not have another payment method he said consider it an early Christmas gift. Having to eat out was an unexpected expense, and his actions will give my family money towards real groceries. I love this pizza hut. Wish I could do more then write a positive review.“

“The staff at this location is amazingly helpful and make sure you are in and out quickly. The gm there is extremely nice and carries a professional manner towards customers and treats his staff with the upmost respect and care. I eat here quite regularly since my work is so close to this area and every time I go in there Im always provided with a smooth and simple transaction.“

“The service here has always been top notch imo. The one time I did have a mistake happen, the manager put a free pizza credit on my account. Another time, they ran out of the large pan pizza so they gave me two med pans in consolation.

They did tear down the old building and built a modern one. Still a couple places to sit inside and eat but it definitely focuses more on the delivery aspect now which is a bit sad. Think most people my age miss how the indoor Huts used to be. But that option is still there for people.

The food is very consistent imo which I attribute to how this particular franchise is run. Now, it is still chain pizza but it's a step above average I think. I also like that this location has a drive thru making carry out orders just that much easier and faster.“
