“Staff is very unfriendly and stand around talking.Waited 15 minutes for my order.When I asked why it was taking so long someone asked me what the order was and proceeded to hand me a bag that had been sitting behind counter than proceeded to again stand in a circle of 4 employees talking and laughing about someone in the drive thru.Very unprofessional!“
“Didn't have anything because the manager said they weren't open yet due to not having enough employees. Might want offer more incentives to bring in more reliable employees. Great food normally when they're open. Also might want to fix the big pot hole we keep hitting in the entrance. Try asking a Frisco sandwich with mushroom and Swiss sauce. I asked for them and recommended to others and they love it. It was the lunch sandwich.Vegetarian options: Sounds nasty“
“The store manager works really hard to make sure things are done properly. Sometimes they make mistakes but they are always willing to fix them if you bring it to their attention. They have improved a lot so if you haven't been recently then give them a try!“
“I always enjoy eating at Culver's. I honestly believe that their chicken sandwiches and chicken strips are way better than any other restaurant around (they are better than Chick-fil-A also). The variety in shakes are great, too. This Culver's location is one of my favorite restaurants to visit.“

“I can't honestly rate the "atmosphere" going through the drive through. My wife loves the apple pecan salad, and Dave's bacon double. I love that the North Wendy's drive through people are ALWAYS just nice. I have yet to have an order that was wrong from there, and that seems to be the norm with everywhere else. If you're in the mood for fast food, fast and correct go-to Wendy's, if you like fast food not so fast and your order incorrect go to the other place with a clown.“
“Came thru drive thru. Ordered 2 five dollar bags and a beef hot dog. Food was good, except 2 inch hair in hot dog. Called and talked to manager Sheena, who wasnt even on duty when it happened. She turned a bad situation into a sarisfactory outcome. She took full responsibilty, aplogized, made no excuses just promised that hair nets would always be worn. Put a note to remake the entire order, even though i told her she didnt have to. She apologized and insisted. Absolutely everything you could ask for in a manager. Mistakes will happen. Its how they handle it that counts. I hope the owner sees this.“
“Hands down the FASTEST restaurant you will find here in Marion, I was in the drive through an entire 2.5 minutes from the time I pulled up and ordered to the time I received my food and drove away. I'm also kind of particular about how I like my burger so it was a shock to me that they got my order 100% accurate in that amount of time! Employees were funny and friendly as well so I will for sure be back!“
“Me and My family visited this restaurant approximately 11:30 today, and I have to say that it was the friendliest service I've ever seen in a fast food establishment to this day! There was a young man working the counter and if you were to look up the word Hospitality in the dictionary, You'd find a picture of this young man. We were greeted by him as soon as we walked in the door and he was so friendly and he went out of his way to make sure our food was correct and that we had everything we needed during our visit. Food was hot and Fresh and everything tasted marvelous! Will for sure be returning when I come back to town!“
