“Staff is very unfriendly and stand around talking.Waited 15 minutes for my order.When I asked why it was taking so long someone asked me what the order was and proceeded to hand me a bag that had been sitting behind counter than proceeded to again stand in a circle of 4 employees talking and laughing about someone in the drive thru.Very unprofessional!“

“I always enjoy eating at Culver's. I honestly believe that their chicken sandwiches and chicken strips are way better than any other restaurant around (they are better than Chick-fil-A also). The variety in shakes are great, too. This Culver's location is one of my favorite restaurants to visit.“
“I walked in with two kids just minutes before 6:30. I had checked hours on Maps and they are listed at 8/9pm Tuesday-Thursday, but they had a sign on the door that I missed stating that closing is actually 6:30pm Tuesday-Thursday. I felt so bad for the guy behind the counter, but JoRel was so kind, patient, and accommodating. He spent time making sure the kids got want they wanted and even showed some creativity for the kid that wanted chocolate syrup on a cone. His solution saved my car since we obviously took it to go, but JoRel never made us feel rushed. I wish I would have been aware of the updated hours, but JoRel (and the great ice-cream) made it a good experience.Kid-friendliness: Very patient staff when ordering with kids that are shaky on what to get :)“
“New owners New everything..It's fantastic now, they are great people too.We went when it was opened almost 2 years ago and it wasn't the greatest food :( (I hate to say bad things but it was awful). So my brother and sister-in-law came over last night so we decided to take all the kids out for ice cream and some pizza...I said lets try the new pizza king the menu looks amazing...so happy we did! Not only was the ice cream soooo good, the 10 inch garlic bread with cheese pizza was so freaken good..The woman who im assuming is owner was playful with the kids, very helpful and accomodating... Overall, it was an amazing experience and we had so much fun. Just sitting around outside eating ice cream and letting the kids play.We will be back over and over again. “Love this place. Food is awesome, they have one of the best malts I have ever had anywhere. Their texan bbq burger is extremely large and tastes great. Even their regular hamburger/cheese burgers are fantastic. I have never waited longer than 5-10 minutes for my order at any time. They can get a little busy and the directions on where to pick up and order from could be a little more clear for people that have not been here previously, but thats not a big deal. Prices honestly are not bad for how big the servings are. Would be hard pressed to find anything better for your money locally. Its for sure cheaper than any of the fast food chains and much better quality of food.“
“most places you have to order extra toppings in your ice cream, Milkshake, Razzle etc. But, not here. now, I'm not saying this is a bad thing However, my last 2 visits I had to Add Ice Cream to my razzle when I got home. The amount of candy and flavoring was such that you didn't enjoy the "ice Cream". Again, I'm not complaining and I know most People want that. on the Positive note...I still have Sophies for tonight since I added Ice cream to what I bought last night, That's a good things to me ! The Gal's Working didn't see us for a few So, I knocked on the window and they come immediately to help and were very polite and courteous to our needs. Great Job Girls, Thank You, We will return...
