“An Olive Garden is an Olive Garden. Admittedly, if you're eating in one in the Chicago area, it's probably a matter of convenience and price/familiarity. In my case it was both of those, and not having the time to find a top-shelf Italian restaurant. However, overall this is a better than average Olive Garden in my experience, hence the 5 star.Staff is very attentive, even when it is close to the closing hour. The food is timely in preparation. Nothing was wrongly prepared per the menu or specifications for an OG. When it was asked, they even paid attention to my "Please don't bring me extra bread. I don't know when to stop" request on the first statement, which I appreciate. (No, seriously, I don't. I could inhale their breadsticks in the dozens. I know they're not that good but I just can't help myself. Why do you few loyal readers think most of my reviews are restaurants? Hah.) Prices are exactly as you expect: $20-30 a head unless you're getting fancy.Atmosphere is solid for a small family gathering, and the layout is your standard OG, but it's kept clean and well maintained in all sections of the restaurant. So, if you're specifically looking for an OG (Which I am usually not, but sometimes you get what you gotta get), this one's worth keeping in mind when you're having that inevitable "Let's not go to THAT one. “I’ve been here twice and both times I was impressed. Today I ordered the Cali Club Wrap with side salad. It was good, the wrap had a sweet flavor to it. I also recommend the breakfast book harvest bowl. The veggies were so fresh, it did not at all taste like your typical greasy omelette place. Prices are reasonable too.“

“I love this place! They are always very friendly when we come in and it's never super busy. Their food is reasonably priced and it tastes delicious. My current favorite menu item is their burger and fries. It's always so fresh and the fries are so crispy. My partner always gets their tacos and they love them! They always come with so much food it's like getting a second meal for later. I also love seeing all of the specials they post on their Facebook page. They update it frequently with their offerings and I love seeing the new stuff they bring to the menu.“

“Every visit to UNO has been a great one! The staff there is super accommodating and friendly! They aren’t just drones doing their job, they appear to be genuinely interested in being kind to their patrons.Most places have good service, and UNO had exceptional service. Xavier was super kind and helpful. He was knowledgeable in his response to every request I had and helped me navigate my issues with rewards.The pizza quality is great here! The crusts have a nice crisp and they are still tender. The cheese is gooey and soft even after taking the pizzas home. The sauce is perfectly tart/naturally sweet tasting and not overly sweet like some places. There is generous helping of sauce.They have great deals on pizza! That’s hard to find these days! On top of their great prices there is a rewards system. It definitely makes me want to shop here as much as possible since I am rewarded.I was entirely impressed with their cauliflower crust offering. They also offer gluten-free crust, but I prefer the cauliflower. It’s an add-on fee but it’s still cheaper than getting the same option at literally anywhere else in the area. Not only is it cheaper than the other local gluten-free crust options but, it’s BETTER tasting. “The food is excellent, the atmosphere ?? we were a group of 15 people and we had a very bad experience with the waitress, the restaurant does not close at 10 at night and I admit it, obviously it took longer and the girl got upset, we ordered some more margaritas He didn't bring them to us anymore, he brought us the bill and said that it was time to close the restaurant. “So the sandwiches are great, I have had a couple of issues with delivery but when you order from their app they use DoorDash to deliver and I guess sometimes the drivers like the food so much they pick it up and keep it for themselves. When I called the employee was rude about it BUT, when I went up the chain the manager Sarah was great and handling the problem and later got a call from the owner of the location he also wanted to make things right and promised to coach the employees to handle the situation better. Because of the post incident customer service I am willing to give them another chance. Which is why I gave service 3 stars, was just 1 but the follow up was 5. The good however is great... FYI, the large sandwich is two meals.“
