Love me some Wendy’s got the best chicken nuggets out of all the restaurants. And that number 5 chicken wrap so good with the extra ranch love it, it’s just the customer service these days sucks !!!
Went there to get breakfast this morning and had to wait 30 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and a coffee… both were cold... I was looking forward to enjoying my food after waiting so long and I literally almost cried when I found out it was cold :( emotional damage!

Placed a pickup order, and did a drive-thru pickup. The drive-thru line was moving along just fine all things considered. Slight accuracy issue with the pickup order.. received bacon on 2 of my sandwiches when I didn't ask for it, but who complains about free bacon? One of the sandwiches was made incorrectly toppings wise, but again free bacon. One of the juice boxes was missing from the order but that's not the end of the world.
