“This is the second time we have had bad food. I ordered take out. I made a point to tell the person taking my order to please don't leave out the refried beans. They left it out.
They charged me a up fee for leaving out the beef. Food tasted old.
When I picked it up and made a point politely to have a recipe because I get points for my recipes.
I had to ask twice for it and I got a eye roll and a rude noise from the guy.
Don't think I will order again because this was twice this has happened. Time to find a new favorite!!”

“Stopped by for lunch and glad I did. They had a baked steak lunch special that was tender and flavorful. Although a smaller bar, they have a large outdoor patio area with stage. They have a pool table and looks like karaoke certain nights. I will definitely be back.”

“Hong Kong 1 in Hartford City has easily become our go-to spot for Chinese food, and after ordering from here many, many times, I can honestly say the quality never changes. That kind of consistency is rare. Every single time the food is hot, fresh, and exactly what you expect. In my opinion, it’s the most solid, reliable, and best-tasting Chinese restaurant in the East-Central Indiana area—and I would even put it above some of the larger buffet-style places nearby.

The Crab Rangoon are outstanding—perfectly crispy on the outside with a creamy, flavorful filling that isn’t overly sweet. Their Beef and Broccoli is another standout: tender beef, fresh broccoli, and a savory sauce that’s balanced and satisfying. The Sweet and Sour Chicken is always done right as well—crispy chicken with a bright, tangy sauce that hits that classic comfort-food spot. Beyond those, many of their more traditional dishes are just as excellent and clearly made with care.

Another thing I genuinely appreciate is their takeout system. It’s simple, efficient, and very well organized. For people who prefer quick and easy pickup (especially introverts like my wife, lol), it’s honestly perfect. Order, grab your food, and you’re on your way—no hassle.

I gor my standard cold cut trio on ital8an with pepper jack toasted. Lettuce extra pickles and mayo.

To Noah Conners comment I was in there the day that you and your wife were there and you guys were never asked to leave on top of that if they can’t make the pizza and didn’t receive your order because they do not carry that pizza then what do you expect to happen lmao.
