“Workers are great, quality is awesome. I understand peak times are from like 6pm-10pm, but the absolute madness that occurs on 45th during this time is unbearable. Several vehicles waiting for the drive-thru line both eastbound and westbound on 45th. This is a hazard and needs to be addressed!“
“what i ordered vs what i got was literally nothing like what was described. Very misleading. Never again.Edit: the owner contacted me to apologize and brought a whole case of the sundae's i had originally ordered to my door. Extra stars for that.“
“I always go to the Culver's in Griffith to get my Mom the North Atlantic cod dinner, with onion rings. She loves the fish, because it's not too salty. I went through the drive thru, and the customer service was really nice. Her spirit was sincere. She was very pleasant. When I experience good customer service, I do my best to share, because sometimes niceness can go a long way, especially if someone is going through something. The food is not too bad either. “We like to stop here for a couple of two scoop sundaes. There are so many great flavors to choose from and the employees always take their time to make sure that all the various toppings are offered to us. They are all so polite! A nice change from all the soft serve options at other places.“
