“This Dunkin, the one on Emerson, is the only one I'll go to on the Southside. They always get my coffee right, and when I order on the app, it's ready as soon as I walk in the door. They have the same staff, minimal turn-over, and everyone is friendly. The other Dunkins are a hot mess.“

“On Friday December 8th at 6:00AM I went to Dunkin Donuts and was having some challenges on using the Dunkin Donuts app to place my order. I was freshly awoke and Shanu who was taking my order, was extremely helpful and pleasant. And a couple times looked at the app on my android to help navigate me through it. “This was on a busy Sunday, and the staff was really working there hardest, but customer service is customer service. 1 suggestion morning meeting to make sure everyone knows what they are doing so when the rush comes your staff isn't getting chewed out and making it harder to perform.Hats off to that Sunday morning staff in spite of the obstacles of more than one rude guest. A small appreciation gift to that group wouldn't be a bad idea. Especially knowing it's hard to find good help!Blessings ??“

“I have been a loyal Dunkin customer for several years. I have been ordering the same iced coffee drink made the same way for close to 2 years- every single day no matter where I am. To get to a Dunkin, have even had to drive 20 miles 1 way.I have been in Indy for about 1 1/2 months and have been to this Dunkin every morning that I've been here. Always friendly so the times that the drive-thru line has moved slowly, it hasn't been that bad.Most of the time, I use the app to order and pay.At this location, my drink has been wrong a few times but they always fix it with no problem.I don't know how the later shift is as I've only been there in the afternoon just a couple of times. The early morning staff is great though.The app- i am not a fan of this last update. Used to get a free drink with 200 points, now it's 500 points.“
“I'm from Seattle where we don't have Dunkin Donuts so I stopped by this location to grab a coffee. I ordered a medium with 6 cream & 5 liquid sugar. (I also paid a $1 for a water which seems to be an Indiana thing--charging for water.) Anyway, when I got to the window, the young man handed me an Iced Coffee. I told him it was supposed to be hot. I could tell he was annoyed and I think I heard the other staff questioning why someone was getting a hot coffee in this weather, but they quickly fixed the error. I apologized for not communicating when I placed the order. The young man handed me the coffee and kept the line moving. I am giving them five stars simply because I could tell they were annoyed but they handed the issue promptly and civilly.“
